CHEF RUDY PRESENTS

Chef Rudy Presents is now a conglomerate of the third installment of A Taste of the Islands franchise located in Red Oak, GA. Chef Rudy Presents food trucks and Chef Rudy Presents signature line of Jerk Sauces, Lemonades and Smoothies... Chef Rudy was born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica. He began his culinary journey over 30 years ago in Jamaica. Chef Rudy made his culinary debut while working in a Chinese-Jamaican restaurant in Montego Bay as the assistant chef in the early 1980's. He then became the lead chef at Smokey Joe's restaurant in Montego Bay in the late 1980s.
