Alan Smith

Alan Smith is currently Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockcliff Energy, LLC, a well-capitalized, privately-held oil and gas company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Mr. Smith co-founded Rockcliff Energy in January of 2015 after previously serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Resources Management, LLC, a direct investment private equity fund, and QR Energy, LP, a publicly traded MLP. Mr. Smith is Co-Founder and a member of the Board of Directors of Trace Midstream's Haynesville company and was Co-Founder and Chairman of Mesa Minerals. Prior to Quantum Resources, Mr. Smith was a Managing Director at Quantum Energy Partners, where he actively worked with portfolio companies on strategic, operational and other value-building activities. Prior to Quantum Energy Partners, he founded Chalker Energy Partners, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of Chalker Energy Partners II and Lead Board Member of Chalker Energy Partners III. Mr. Smith is presently the Chairman of the Board and serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA) and is on the board and serves on the Executive Committee of the US Oil and Gas Association (USOGA). Mr. Smith was given the Distinguished Engineer Award by the College of Engineering at Texas Tech University in 2012. He also served for 20 years on the Petroleum Advisory Board of Texas Tech Department of Petroleum Engineering.

Chris Caudill - CFO, President

Chris Caudill is the CFO and President of Infinity Water Solutions, an Austin, Texas-based sustainability and water management company with extensive operations across the Northern Delaware of the Permian Basin. As an energy executive with more than 15 years of experience, Chris spends much of his time commercializing operations and strengthening finance. Prior to co-founding Infinity, Chris was a senior executive at PPC Acquisition Co., an EnCap Investments portfolio company that successfully exited in 2017. Chris has held senior management positions in several notable energy firms including Matador Resources (NYSE: MTDR), Main Pass Energy Hub and Quantum Reservoir Impact (QRI). Before beginning his energy career, Chris worked for two United States Presidential Administrations supporting global logistics in the Office of Advance at the White House, and was a delegate to the World Economic Forum's G8 for Young Global Leaders Conference. With a 95-mile-per-hour fastball, Caudill also played professional baseball for the Ohio-based Cincinnati Reds Organization. Chris received his BA from Southwestern University in 2007, and an MBA in 2016 from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. An Eagle Scout and true Texan, Chris also loves sports and the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Born a Houstonian, Chris now lives in his family's hometown of Elgin, Texas with his wife Dana and their beautiful daughter, Kinsley. Dr. Nansen G. Saleri

Dr. Nansen G. Saleri is the Chairman, CEO, and co-founder of Quantum Reservoir Impact (QRI), a strategic technology and advanced analytics firm in energy since 2007. He is currently a Board Director for Fenix Technologies and President of the Kristin Saleri Art Foundation. As the former Head of Reservoir Management for Saudi Aramco for a decade, Dr. Saleri led efforts in introducing Best-in-Class programs in waterflooding and Maximum Reservoir Contact wells, most notably in Ghawar, the world's most prolific oil field.

Dr. Zacariah L. Hildenbrand

Dr. Zacariah Hildenbrand received a Bachelors of Science degree (BSc.) in chemistry (2007) and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in biochemistry (2010) from the University of Texas at El Paso. His research has targeted understanding the causes of environmental contamination events and developing effective remediation strategies. He has collected and analyzed more than 1,000 samples from private, public, and agricultural water wells across the states of Texas, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Hildenbrand has also served as advisor to the Texas Desalination Association and the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, the Texas Produced Water Consortium (Texas Tech) and the Department of Energy's Produced Water Application for Beneficial Reuse, Environmental Impact and Treatment Optimization (PARETO) initiative in favor of greater produced water reuse and recycling in the energy sector. Dr. Hildenbrand is currently a Research Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Texas El Paso, and a principal founder and partner of Medusa Analytical, LLC.

John Ferguson

John Ferguson co-founded Howco Group in Kilsyth, Scotland in 1982. Howco Group is the largest independent supplier and processor of steel, chrome moly, duplex, stainless, and nickel- based alloys for the oil and gas industry, offering services in manufacturing, distribution, and project management. For over 40 years, Mr. Ferguson has been involved in all commercial aspects of growth, taking Howco from a self-funded start-up company operating from a single location to its current market leading position in the oil and gas service industry, with 11 operating locations in 6 countries across three continents. Mr Ferguson also previous served as Senior Vice President of Oilfield Equipment for Sumitomo Corporation of America. Mr. Ferguson is the Founder and Managing Director of Ben Nevis Capital, which invests in startups at the seed stage. He currently serves on the board of Fyffe's PLC, an international produce grower, importer and distributor group; and is on the board of Howco Group where he serves as Chairman Emeritus.

Jordan Kramer - Chief Commercial Officer

Prior to Infinity Water Solutions, Jordan Kramer was Co-Founder of PPC Acquisition Co., an Encap Investments portfolio company, that led to a successful exit of Delaware Basin oil/gas assets. Prior to PPC Acquisition Co., Jordan was on the A&D team for Matador Resources (NYSE: MTDR) where they acquired of over 26,000 acres in the Northern Delaware Basin as well as divesting several thousand acres in the Midland Basin. Prior to Matador, Jordan worked as an independent landman buying leases and minerals, running title and negotiating right of way across 15 states. He started his career at Presco, Inc. and was fortunate to be mentored by successful explorationist Art Preston. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Idaho and also an NFL Alumni, private pilot and a husband to his wife Alex and father of his two young daughters Devon and Kallan. Michael R. Dyson - CEO

Michael R. Dyson is the CEO of Infinity Water Solutions. A seasoned entrepreneur and venture capitalist, he has a proven track record of driving early-stage project growth and development, having founded or co-founded seven top-tier operations, with five successful exits. As a second-generation energy professional, he has spent more than two decades working in the water, technology and real estate space, often connecting all three. In 2019, Mike and his team launched Infinity Water Solutions, a sustainability and water management company focused on green infrastructure and water recycling in the Permian Basin. Today, Infinity is among the largest produced water recycling companies in New Mexico, conserving millions of gallons of freshwater annually, while also driving a culture of innovation in a circular economy. With a magna cum laude BA from the University of Houston and JD from Rutgers University, Mike holds several board of director positions in technology and energy companies. He's also a graduate of Stanford University's Business Executive Program. An active member of his community, Mike served as Mayor of Rollingwood from 2018-2021 and remains committed to giving back through various local, regional and state initiatives. Tony Dyson

Tony Dyson brings over 40 years of knowledge and management experience in upstream oil and gas development and related infrastructure. Mr. Dyson began his career as a field supervisor before ascending the ladder to be named President and COO of the Bryan Woodbine Operating Company, which operated over 27,000 combined gross acres in the Bryan Austin Chalk and Bryan Woodbine Units. Mr. Dyson also oversaw the design, implementation, and expansion of the gathering system infrastructure to service these fields. After BWOC, Mr. Dyson founded Centex Energy, an independent exploration and production company primarily focused on Austin Chalk development that he still operates today. In 2012, Mr. Dyson co-founded Dyson Energy Group, an energy-focused family office that has achieved multiple successful exits over the past decade. Mr. Dyson has served on various boards and commissions throughout his career, including as president and founding member of the Brazos Valley chapter of the American Petroleum Institute. He holds a degree in economics from Newcastle University.
