Garry is the Director of EBC Think Limited a company that specialises in strategy, leadership and engagement within the change and operations areas. Previously Garry was Director of Corporate Operations at the Royal Bank of Scotland. In this role he was responsible for leading circa 3000 people dealing with a diverse range of work including customer call handling, back and middle office processing and incident management, all within an FCA regulated environment. This global operation spanned the UK, Channel Islands, Crown Dependencies, Poland and India. In his 19 year career with RBS Garry held various senior positions including Chief Manager, Retail and Business Banking Glasgow, Principal Consultant in Change Management, Head of Networks, Desktop and Telecoms in Technology and Head of Retail Internet Operations. Prior to joining RBS Garry ran his own company providing business advice to the Service, Retail, Finance and Manufacturing sectors. He began his career in the retail sector with experience in buying, selling and department store management. Garry is a committed individual passionate about leadership, employee engagement, lifelong learning and organisational culture as applied to the working environment.
