Anthony Fritsche

Anthony began his career at Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in Dallas, Texas in 1995. He relocated to Houston in 2003 to build and manage TCC's Tenant Representation business, where he remained until starting Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners in 2007. Over the course of his career he has closed more than 5 million square feet of commercial lease and purchase transactions in Houston, Dallas and across the United States. Anthony has served as a Board Member of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association, has been recognized as a Top 20 broker in Houston by the CoStar Group, has held membership in the Leadership Council of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and has received brokerage designations as a "Top 35 Under 35" and as a Young Professionals Heavy Hitter. He has served as a head coach of youth sports in the Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association, on the Board of Education at St. Mark Lutheran School and on the Board of Trustees at Houston Christian High School. He and his wife Julie have two children, he is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.

Brandon Wuntch

Brandon joined Fritsche Anderson in 2019 as an Industrial Broker. Prior to joining our team, Brandon began his career in commercial real estate in 2014 with Oxford Partners where he specialized in industrial tenant representation. He later joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015 specializing in Office & Industrial Investment Sales & Industrial Owner User sales establishing himself as a young aggressive Investment Broker in the Houston market. After 3 years at Marcus & Millichap Brandon made his move in 2018 to Lee & Associates to focus more on Industrial Tenant Rep, Investment Sales and Owner User sales and land development.

David Anderson

David began his career at Trammell Crow Company. He was an original member of Trammell Crow's Corporate Advisory Services division where he specialized in representing office tenants across many different industries in highly complex lease and purchase transactions. He was quickly promoted from Associate to Senior Associate to Vice President - a title he held until leaving CBRE (successor to Trammell Crow Company) in 2007. Over the course of his career he has closed more than 5 million square feet of commercial transactions, with the majority of those being in Houston. David's professional recognitions have included designation as a Top 20 broker in Houston by the CoStar Group and a finalist in 2003 for the annual NAIOP Rising Star Award. David is married and he and his wife Carolyn have two sons and a daughter. He is an active member of Chapelwood United Methodist Church and can usually be found coaching a youth sports team on the weekends in the fall and spring. He is also a member of a local Young Presidents Organization Young Adult Forum. He and his wife have served on several young adult charity boards including DePelchin Children's Center and Bo's Place. They are also active members of Ambassadors for Texas Children's Hospital and are Lifetime Endowed Members of Fraser's Friends - an organization dedicated to providing financial support to the Congenital Heart Surgery team at Texas Children's Hospital.

Drew Altmann

Drew joined Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners in 2021, specializing in office tenant representation. Prior to joining our team, Drew worked for Weitzman Group as a brokerage intern. As a 3 rd generation Houston native, Drew has a broad understanding of the Houston marketplace. Drew graduated from Texas A&M with a BS in Economics and a Business minor. Drew has gained many of the skills he has today through Boy Scouts. He earned the highest rank of Eagle Scout where he learned skills such as leadership and responsibility. When he is not in the office, Drew enjoys hunting, fishing, and snow skiing.

Dylan Coleman

Prior to Fritsche Anderson, Dylan started his career as an Account Executive with Camp Construction Services specializing in multifamily redevelopment. While serving in this role he worked to deliver high quality construction services in order to maximize client's ROI. Working extensively in the multifamily facet of the industry sparked his interest in moving further into commercial real estate and he joined Fritsche Anderson in 2021 as an industrial tenant representative. A diehard Aggie, Dylan received a BS in Agricultural Business from Texas A&M University in 2013. He is a long-time member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and currently serves on the Breeders Greeters Committee. When not in the office Dylan enjoys playing disc golf, skiing, hunting, and fishing.

Jason Herbrich

Jason joined Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners in 2017, specializing in office tenant representation. His work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism attribute to his ability to maximize value for his clients. Jason is a native Houstonian. He graduated from Texas State University, and has prior business operations experience with KBR. During his tenure with KBR, Jason served as document controller for major offshore production and onshore industrial construction projects while working alongside both internal engineers and clients. Outside the office, Jason is an active member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, and enjoys volunteering with The First Tee of Greater Houston and Houston Golf Association Junior Golf programs. Additionally, Jason was a participant in the NAIOP Developing Leader Mentor Program.

Jim McGonigle

Jim joined Fritsche and Anderson Realty Partners in 2021, specializing in office and industrial tenant representation. Jim has worked with The Pulte Group in New Home construction and sales, helping manage construction timelines and buildout for 3 new communities in the Greater Houston Area from 2016 to 2020. After that Jim specialized in estate and probate listings while at Keller Williams Memorial. During his time with Pulte Homes he solidified himself as one of the division's best, ranking in the top 5 in sales for the division and net promoter scores, as well being distinguished for his amazing customer service. He has helped manage and sell in new communities, working with city planning, new utilities, and infrastructure, as well vendors and contractors to make sure of timely delivery. Jim attended the University of New Orleans where he studied in Finance and Business Management while playing baseball with his older brother, Mark. He then attended Texas State University in San Marcos while studying for a Masters in Exercise Science. Jim coached college baseball at Wake Forest in North Carolina and then Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. working as a pitching coach and recruiting coordinator before coming back to Houston to be closer to family and start a career in Real Estate. In his spare time, he likes to go fishing, attend sporting events, garden, grill, and spending time with his greyhound Fletcher.

John Milam

John joined Fritsche Anderson in 2015 as an industrial tenant representative. Prior to Fritsche Anderson, John worked in Washington, D.C. as an analyst for a political action committee where he helped formulate campaign strategy and marketing. John understands that the end goal of any transaction and relationship with a client is to improve their current situation in a way that will make their business more productive and profitable. Using his market knowledge and superior work ethic, John delivers an approach that exceeds expectations. Originally from Mississippi, John is a graduate of Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia and The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. In college John was Vice President of his fraternity and a member of several academic honor societies such as the Order of Gownsmen and the Green Ribbon Society. Since moving to Houston he has been involved with many community organizations. John is a member of the Houston Rodeo's Ranching & Wildlife Committee, Bayou Buddies, the Herman Park Conservancy and St. John the Divine Episcopal Church. John and his wife, Cassie, live in the greater Heights.

Justin Walker

Justin joined Fritsche Anderson in 2018 as an industrial tenant representative. Prior to joining our team, Justin worked as a sales consultant with an industrial delivery service, where he utilized his motivation and determination to stand out above the competition. He later went on to work with J.H. Walker, the largest asset-based oilfield trucking and delivery service on the Gulf Coast, providing high quality diversified logistical services to his customers with an emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction. A proud Aggie, Justin received a BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. He brings his service and leadership to both our team and clients, as an Eagle Scout; one of the highest achievements and rank attainable in the Boy Scouting program. Justin also serves as a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on the Breeders and Greeters Committee.

Margaret Ann Cook

Margaret Ann joined Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners in 2018 bringing 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over the past 15 years she focused exclusively on tenant representation, finding real estate solutions for her local and national clients. Earlier in her career Margaret Ann worked with some of the top landlord representation companies leasing office buildings for a variety of entrepreneurial and institutional owners. Margaret Ann's achievements include being recognized as a Transwestern "Top Producer", receiving Cushman & Wakefield's Office Brokerage Deal of the Year award for EPCO's purchase of 1100 Louisiana and receiving Cushman & Wakefield's Brokerage Service Excellence Award for outstanding achievement in the pursuit of business performance excellence and total client satisfaction. Margaret Ann is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She serves as a transition coach to youth in foster care through her involvement with The Hay Center.

Mike Quinn

Mike began his commercial real estate career with Transwestern in the Tenant Advisory Services division where he specialized in representing office and industrial tenants in lease and purchase transactions. He joined Fritsche Anderson in 2009 and continues to focus on serving the real estate needs of his office and industrial clients. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Mike played eight seasons as a quarterback in the National Football League with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins and Houston Texans. Mike has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is a member of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA), and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. Mike serves as a Houston Texans Ambassador and spends some of his free time coaching middle school and high school aged quarterbacks. Mike and his wife, Jennifer, are proud parents to a son.

Molly Perrotta

Molly leads the marketing, research and transaction execution efforts for Fritsche Anderson's local and national clients. Molly joined Fritsche Anderson immediately following her graduation from the University of South Carolina in May of 2018 where she earned her degree in Finance & Real Estate. A native Houstonian, she attended Episcopal High School and now works closely with its alumni office.

Tommy Wilson

Tommy's 33 years of commercial real estate experience includes 13 years in corporate real estate. After 8 years with Enron Property Company, he formed and managed the real estate department for Browning-Ferris Industries, the then second largest solid waste disposal company in the United States. Tommy joined CB Richard Ellis in 1999 as the leader of a team responsible for disposing of 503 industrial and office properties in 41 countries on behalf of Halliburton Energy Services. After 10 years of representing tenants in the office market, he joined Fritsche Anderson in June 2009. He has continued to work on behalf of tenants as well as sellers of small office buildings, and raw land. He has represented clients in complex transactions in a variety of industries including financial services, environmental engineering, legal, consulting, investment banking and advertising. Tommy is a member of Chapelwood United Methodist Church and is active as a Board Member for The Texas Center for the Missing.

Veronique Shipley

Veronique Shipley joined Fritsche Anderson in 2012, and oversees business operations and provides marketing support.

William (Bill) Wolff

Bill joined Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners in 2015. He began his real estate career with Gerald D. Hines Interests in the mid-1970's. While with Hines he was instrumental in finding the lead tenant for 1100 Louisiana, Houston Oil & Minerals Corporation, which leased 600,000 square feet in the building. At that time, this was the largest office lease done in the City of Houston. Building on the experience he gained with Hines, he then moved into real estate brokerage specializing in representing tenants in commercial office buildings in the late 1970's. In the mid - 1980's he moved to San Antonio, Texas and established the most successful boutique brokerage firm in that market, establishing many great relationships and representing Diamond Shamrock on its corporate headquarters location along with other corporate users and a variety of professional firms including Marsh & McLennan, Deloitte and many of the city's largest law firms. In the 1990's Bill moved back to Houston and joined Trione & Gordon, a well-regarded tenant only brokerage firm. While with Trione & Gordon, he worked on a variety of projects for Frost Bank (Houston HQ), Exxon, Haynes and Boone and Quintana Petroleum. In the late 1990's he opened the Houston office for Equis Corporation a national company also focusing on user-only corporate real estate services. While with Equis, Bill represented a variety of national and local companies such as EOG Resources (Corporate HQ), Duke Energy, WS Nelson & Company, Audubon Engineering, Schlumberger and Grant Thornton. Bill graduated from the University of Notre Dame and belongs to HOLBA, the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Assocation. He has a strong interest and involvement in sports car racing for over 40 years and competed in the 1984 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Winston Wegner

Winston Wegner joined Fritsche Anderson in 2019, specializing in industrial, office and investment brokerage services. Prior to joining our team, Winston worked as an analyst at Lee & Associates (Houston). As a Houston native, Winston has an extensive understanding of the Houston marketplace. His primary focus is on providing his clients with creative solutions specifically tailored to their individual needs. His attention to detail, superior work ethic and determination help to create lasting client relationships. Winston attended The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Management. In Winston's free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and all things outdoors. He is also currently involved with The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo serving on the Breeders Greeters Committee, The Alzheimer's Association, Trees For Houston, and The Boys and Girls Club of Houston.
