Meet Allison Schmitt, our lovely Application Specialist at The Mortgage Firm Tampa. Allie was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin which also relates to her devotion to the Green Bay Packers! She loves to hang out with her family, friends and tending to her plants (including her new avocado tree). As a recent resident of Tampa, Florida, Allie is excited to explore all that Tampa has to offer.
Meet Amanda Rosario! She was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. When she is not attending to Mortgage needs or helping you reach your weight loss goals, she likes to read any book she can get her hands on. She also enjoys shopping and eating at the newest restaurants in town.
Cara is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and spent the first 10 years of her career in the event industry. In 2019, she planned the firm's company holiday party and through this connection, landed herself in the role of Administrative Assistant in June 2020. Cara's attention to detail and admiration for people makes her a welcome asset to the team. Born a third generation Gainesville resident, she had no choice but to love the Florida Gators and college sports. On the weekends, she can be found boating, beaching, and hanging out with her fiancé, Justin, and three dogs - Lexie, Luna, and Buster.

As the Client Relations Director at The Mortgage Firm Tampa, Catherine Storch has the pleasure of organizing all leveraged and social events, while proudly overseeing and managing the in-house marketing team. Catherine never fails to impress with her events, making The Mortgage Firm Tampa a social class act. Catherine is a Tampa native, born and raised. She has two beautiful daughters who are both in college, making them a house divided; her oldest is graduating from Florida State University this year, while her youngest is a sophomore at University of Florida. Catherine married her best friend, Patrick Storch, over 20 years ago and considers it an honor to work beside him every day at the Mortgage Firm Tampa. When Catherine is not working, you can find her at Orange Theory Fitness; listening to 80's music, spending time with her two pugs and beautiful Maltese, or enjoying time at the beach. Catherine's family and faith mean everything to her and she is very grateful for all the blessings in her life.
Chloe Storch Werner is a third-generation Tampa native. She recently graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Communications. She is one of our loan partners at the Mortgage Firm Tampa and deals with our Branch Manager, Patrick's, day to day operations. Chloe has been an intern with the Mortgage Firm Tampa for two years and previously had an internship with Cayer Behavioral Group in Tallahassee, FL while attending FSU. Her experience in the marketing field is a huge asset to our TMFT team! Chloe is so proud to be a part of the TMF team and is excited to work alongside her parents, Patrick and Catherine Storch. She hopes to learn all about the mortgage industry first hand through our Branch Manager, Patrick. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, barre work outs, and spending time with her family and three dogs, Tiki, Rosie, and Elvis.
Gabrielle Toselli is an Application Specialist here at The Mortgage Firm Tampa. She is a graduate from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She enjoys spending time at the beach and traveling with her friends. She is a born and raised Tampa native and plans to keep it that way.
Meet Gerry Nickle one of our Contract to Close Specialists at The Mortgage Firm Tampa. Gerry was born and raised in Kissimmee, Florida where he spent a lot of time outdoors. He graduated from Osceola High School in Kissimmee and attended Troy State. Gerry now resides in North Carolina with his wife of 32 years and has two daughters and 4 grandchildren. When he is not playing with his grandchildren, Gerry loves to workout at Planet Fitness, cook, and watch the Florida Gators play.
Jennifer Miller's passions include playing and watching sports. Jennifer completed her undergrad at Stetson University in 2013 where she studied Finance and Management. At Stetson, she played Collegiate Tennis. Tennis instilled a lot of hard work and diligence in Jennifer- she certainly feels that it carried over into working at The Mortgage Firm. Jennifer started working at The Mortgage Firm straight after college and feels blessed that she was able to find such a great place to work. On the weekends, she can be found relaxing and soaking up the sun with friends and family on the lake.
Jessica is known as a trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable professional who always puts the buyer's needs first. She believes obtaining a mortgage is about building a long-lasting relationship with a lender you can trust. She is up for any challenge and will partner with you to ensure you become a homeowner. I am a loyal wife to a US Veteran and a loving mother to two adorable children. I am fluent in English, Spanish and French thanks to my Swiss father and Latin mother. I love to cook and my worldly influences are always reflected in my meals. Our family loves to be outdoors, have meals together and enjoy the Florida weather.
Meet Joanna, Marketing Representative here at the Mortgage Firm Tampa. This Tampa native began her mortgage career as a summer intern for four years at our branch. She attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelors Degree for Graphic Design. Joanna loves to spend time with her family, visit new coffee shops around town, and expanding her design skills in various art forms.
Meet Laura King! She is one of our Contract to Close Specialists here at The Mortgage Firm Tampa. Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, she has a strong devotion to the Witchita State Shockers! She has since then moved to Florida in 2018. Laura has two kids, Lexi who graduated High School in 2020 and joined the Navy, and Levi, a smart 7-year-old/self-teaching genius! When Laura is not helping customers into their dream homes, she enjoys going to Mom and Pop restaurants, going to the beach, and creating with her Cricut machine.
Marisela Jaquez a Contract to Close Specialist, where she assists borrowers from the very beginning until they get to the closing table. Marisela tries to make the borrower's experience as smooth as possible while requesting and gathering the necessary paperwork to close their loan, and feels that it is very satisfying to help them get into their dream home! Marisela previously worked at a Retirement and Investment firm and learned a great deal in that Industry. Prior to that, Marisela worked in the Banking Industry for over 11 years. Marisela graduated with a BA in Mathematics from Manhattanville College.

Prior to joining The Mortgage Firm Mark was a national business developer creating innovative products and strategies for mass market retail and wholesale customers. Mark is a native born Tampa resident, now residing in the Tarpon Springs area with his wife Jennifer. He thoroughly enjoys all the outdoor and leisure activities of the Tampa Bay area, including fishing, going to the beach, kayaking, and entertaining family, friends and guests.
Meet Maya Adwell; she was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She ventured off to Fort Myers for basic education and decided it was time to come back to her hometown about three years later. Maya spent a few years in the serving business and decided it was time to try something new. She hopes to learn more about the mortgage industry through her dad, Mark Adwell, Loan Originator at The Mortgage Firm Tampa. In her free time, she spends every chance she can to go on a road trip - the furthest she's gone was Colorado to see some friends and family. Venturing off and finding exciting new things is one of her favorite activities. As well as bringing her dog, Remington, along for the ride!

Meet Kady Hosman, a Loan Partner at The Mortgage Firm - Tampa. She was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, and decided to move to Florida to attend Florida State University for college. After spending a year working for Marriott she is excited to learn and grow with The Mortgage Firm - Tampa! When she's not at the firm she enjoys trying new workout classes, discovering new restaurants, and spending lots of quality time with her rescue dog, Leo!

After spending years working for large companies and owning a broker shop for over 10 years, Ron knows how to build relationships and help customers achieve their home financing goals. He truly enjoys working with buyers; especially first-time buyers. Originally from North Carolina, Ron has also lived in Las Vegas for eight years. Another passion of Ron's is his love for fishing, snorkeling, beaching, and spending as much time on his boat and in the water as possible.
Meet Tenna McGlone, our amazing receptionist here at The Mortgage Firm Tampa. Tenna was born and raised in Virginia but is now considered a Tampa native as she has been living here since high school. She is happily married, a mom of 2 amazing men, a "Gigi" to her first grandson, and dog mom to her Brittany Pointer - Hiedi. Tenna loves spending time with her family and friends, utilizing any opportunity to be the "hostess with the most-est". And when she is not entertaining, she is park hopping throughout the Disney Parks, collecting as many Minnie Mouse ears as she can!
