At Rosario's Peruvian Restaurant, quality is our top priority. From the ingredients we use to the dishes we serve, every detail reflects our commitment to bringing the best of Peru to your table... In Peru, I pursued my passion for education, studying to become an early childhood teacher, equivalent to a kindergarten teacher in the U.S. I worked with young children for several years before life brought me to the United States. However, my heart was always drawn to Peruvian gastronomy. Moving to a new country gave me the opportunity to appreciate even more the richness of Peru's culinary heritage and ignited a desire to share it with a wider audience.
