Troy earned his real estate license in 2003 and has a broad knowledge of the Grand Junction real estate market. He has been selling real estate for 10 years, and managing rental properties for 18 years, in the Grand Valley. Also, he has experience in new contruction, having spent three years as the on-site sales manager of a 64 unit condo complex in Grand Junction. He is a graduate of Colorado Mesa University with a degree in construction management and business, and resides in Grand Junction with his wife Mariann and son Carter.
