Anna Naumann is the company's Broker and started her real estate career in Midland, Texas in 1980, working for a local mortgage company as a receptionist and then moved in to loan processing and then became a loan officer. She worked in the mortgage business until 1988 until moving in to asset management, managing bank foreclosures all across Texas. She obtained her real estate sales license in 1986, while in asset management and went to work full time selling real estate in 1992. In 1999, she obtained her Broker's license and opened her own Brokerage. Her sales background has been diverse and includes of all types of real estate sales from first time home buyers, to multimillion dollar estates on Lake Travis, to a commercial building on Congress Avenue in downtown Austin, Texas. Anna received her Qualifying Broker's license in New Mexico in 2022 and is a member of the Ruidoso/Alto New Mexico Board of Realtors., She enjoys spending time with family, traveling abroad, collecting antiques, and mountain living as a secondary home base in Ruidoso, New Mexico.

Ricky Naumann is a co-owner/Realtor of The Elite Property Group and is Anna's husband. He obtained his real estate license in 2001, after years working for the Local 67 Sheetmetal Workers Union as a sheetmetal journeyman. Ricky was born and raised in Austin and his family was one of the first settlers in the Spicewood, Texas area in that late 1800's. The family cemetery is located in Barton Creek Lakeside, with graves dating back to the mid 1800's. Ricky mainly specializes in residential sales, but has also sold ranches and land, throughout his career. He graduated from Mcallum High School in Austin, Texas and attended TLC College. Ricky enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, traveling and has a true passion for real estate.
