We offer a range of groups, retreats, courses and workshops in Mindful Compassion with a variety of different themes that beautifully complement our Mindful Compassion approach - please see our current course/retreat schedule…we will also happily tailor-make courses and workshops to meet the needs of your organisation…... During the 2020 Covid pandemic we began to offer weekly online meditation sessions using the zoom platform to replace the groups we were running and may continue with this online presence once the pandemic is over as well as returning to deliver groups we run…... The Mindful Compassion approach began to evolve 12 years ago when David was working as a Counsellor at Blythe House Hospice and was asked to facilitate support groups and courses for patients. With ongoing feedback from patients and colleagues the approach evolved over time and was taught to patients, carers, health care professionals and the general public.
