Ally Ebert

Ally is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) and Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) who relocated to sunny Florida from Salem, Oregon to join the Fetch Team. She began her veterinary career in 1999 working as a veterinary assistant in a small animal practice with special interests in both feline and avian patients, as well as treating pocket pets and dogs. Over the past 20+ years, she has been able to hone her veterinary technician skills working in both preventative and emergency medicine, as both a technician and manager. Throughout her career, Ally has learned how to be engaging and efficient, and how to create an enjoyable work environment. She inspires her team to achieve the highest standards of care and is an excellent advocate for our patients, clients, and all members of her team! When she's not at Fetch, Ally and her family enjoy kayaking, going to the beach, gardening, observing the Southwest Florida plants and wildlife, and spending time with their pets. Ally's family includes a husband, 2 sons, 4 French Bulldogs, and 3 cats.

Amy DeClue

Dr. DeClue was a Professor of Veterinary Internal Medicine and the Assistant Director of the Comparative Internal Medicine Laboratory at the University of Missouri prior to joining Fetch. Her research focused on investigating the immunologic mechanisms of sepsis and innate immune system disorders. Dr. DeClue's clinical interests include endocrinology and critical care. Dr. DeClue has lectured on sepsis, immunology, and endocrinology nationally and internationally and has published numerous book chapters and peer-reviewed manuscripts.

Anita Seda

Anita Seda is our Veterinary Assistant Practice Manager for Emergency Services in Brandon. She has been in the veterinary field for about 17 years now and it is her life's passion. She moved to the Tampa Bay area from Fort Lauderdale about 3 years ago to open one of the Fetch locations with Dr. Ratterree as an Oncology nurse. She is also a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Assata Winston

Assata Winston was born and raised in Miami, FL. She eventually relocated to Tampa and decided to pursue her career in childcare while going to Hillsborough Community College. She soon realized that her true calling was to be in the veterinary field so she quickly transferred to a private college called Sanford Brown College where she enrolled in their Veterinary Technology Program and earned her AA in Science. She later realized the Administration and Customer Service side of the Veterinary field truly gave her a sense of fulfillment. At Fetch, Assata feels at home, like she is a part of a true team, and makes a difference not only for the health and safety of the patients but for the clients as well. In her spare time, she enjoys being a mommy to her amazing, adorable, energetic 3-year-old. They love the outdoors, whether that be going to the park, hiking, or going to amusement parks. They also enjoy finding new places to find tasty treats and Assata has quite a fascination with movies.

Belinda Reynolds

Belinda has been in the veterinary industry for over 25 years, during which time she has gained experience and worked in all areas of the veterinary practice. After successfully earning her designation as an LVT (licensed veterinary technician), Belinda then pursued her love for veterinary management. She also graduated from Wilmington University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Human Resource Management. In her free time, Belinda enjoys boating, riding her bike, and hanging out with her husband and critters. She also loves going to Bucs games and listening to live music.

Callie Maurer

A Columbia, SC native, Callie was raised around Gamecocks, but always knew Clemson was her light at the end of the tunnel. She began her time at Clemson University as an Animal and Veterinary Science major, but eventually switched to communication upon realizing her intellectual strengths lied there. After completing her undergraduate degree in Media and Mass Communication in just three years, she went on to work in the luxury wedding industry as a wedding planner and marketing advisor. Eventually, her roots brought her back to the veterinary community and she joined the Fetch team in 2021. In her free time, Callie enjoys hiking, collecting succulents, kayaking, or traveling with her husband, Sam, and their adorable Aussie, Aspen. She also still enjoys planning the occasional wedding.

Christopher Capps

Dr. Capps received his undergraduate degree at Clemson University in Animal Sciences. He then went on to complete his graduate degree and received his DVM at the University of Georgia. Dr. Capps is especially interested in small animal emergency medicine and is excited to be a part of the Fetch team. Dr. Capps is an active member of the Greenville Clemson Club - Board of Directors, as well as an IPTAY Representative, and an Alumni Association Legislative Advocate for Clemson University. In his free time, you can find him enjoying anything related to Clemson and he never misses a home Clemson football game.

Dr. Benjamin Lee

Dr. Benjamin Lee met his wife in veterinary school in Starkville, MS, and they are both veterinarians now. He grew up in Charleston, SC, and his wife is a Clemson alumnus from Greer, SC. Dr. Lee's primary interests are novel approaches to the treatment of cancer, with a primary focus on lymphoma, mast cell tumors, hemangiosarcoma, osteosarcoma, and histiocytic sarcoma. Developing new approaches that combine traditional treatments with newer targeted therapies is his current primary focus, as well as exploring new therapeutics as they become available like immunotherapy. His favorite part of practicing veterinary medicine is developing relationships with the pets and their families and seeing positive responses to treatment. Dr. Lee and his wife are incredibly excited to be moving back to the state they have called home for most of their lives. They have 3 dogs and 3 cats and they love spending time outdoors hiking and climbing and traveling when they can.

Dr. Mischa McDonald-Lynch

Dr. Mischa McDonald-Lynch is particularly interested in advanced wound management, reconstructive surgery, orthopedics, and minimally invasive procedures. She has published research and taught seminars about the pathophysiology of hip dysplasia. Dr. McDonald-Lynch enjoys reading, exercising, and going for long walks with her husband and their four large dogs. Pitbulls and Great Danes have a special place in her heart!

Elaina MacLean

Elaina grew up in Rhode Island and attended The University of Rhode Island where she graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry. Not long after graduating, she began her career in veterinary medicine. She has years of experience at various levels within a veterinary practice including veterinary technician skills in both general practice and advanced specialty medicine, inventory management, and practice management. Elaina took a lead role in the development and opening of all 4 of our Fetch hospitals and continues to work toward the success of each of our locations. Some interesting facts about Elaina - she has been a competitive swimmer since the age of 4. She even swam Division 1 on a swimming scholarship in college. She has an affinity for all animals, especially her dogs, cats, and chickens! She also enjoys family time, warm weather, cozy campfires, and anything that has to do with water.

Kendi Ortiz

Kendi Ortiz is a Certified Veterinary Technician, she received her veterinary technician certification from Hillsborough Community College after working in the veterinary field for many years. She then went on to complete a bachelor's degree from St. Petersburg College in veterinary hospital management and emergency and critical care. When Kendi joined Fetch in 2019, her interests originally lied in Oncology and Internal Medicine until she found her true interest, veterinary leadership. When Kendi is not working, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and husband. She also shares her home with two cats named Hershel and Sansa, and two dogs named Lily and Severus.

Michelle Haga

Michelle was born and raised in Florida. She was born in West Palm Beach, was raised in Orlando, and eventually moved to Fort Myers. She has worked in veterinary medicine since 2006. Michelle spent 4 years in veterinary internal medicine before she decided to pursue veterinary oncology. Her special interest in lymphoma in pets not only helped with that decision, but it is what brought her to Fetch Specialty & Cancer Veterinary Centers as a Medical Oncology Nurse. She sees many patients with lymphoma successfully go into remission and do well and this is gratifying to her. As a Lead Medical Oncology Nurse and Inventory Manager, she wears many hats and performs tasks in many areas such as; chemotherapy, CT scans, and x-rays, along with doing inventory and the day-to-day duties. Michelle and her son enjoy their time together with their Pitbull, Dixie. Outside of spending time with her son, she enjoys going to the beach and sipping wine!
