Kanwal Jit, a B Tech -Electrical Engineering with strong HVAC background has over 32 years of experience. Having worked as a successfulDirector of Engineering, Kanwaljit started his career with The Taj Group of Hotels and then moved to Middle East to explore his career journey with Starwood hotel & Resorts. He achieved goals at Sheraton Oman Hotel Muscat ,The Le Royal Meridien Hotel Abu Dhabi and successfully opened Westin Pune. Joined the opening team of Westin Gurgaon. soon he was upgraded to handle two properties, Westin Shona Resorts and Westin Gurgaon as Complex Director of Engineering.Post successful tenure he was moved to JW Marriott Hotel & Resorts Jaipur. Familiar and compliances , standards in performing maintenance activities, Kanwaljit has been instrumental to maximise team potential & productivity with balanced focus on operation, guests, employees, and owners satisfaction, further his strong believe in protecting the environment he drives use of sustainable. resources for trouble free operation.

Known for his professionalism & Integrity, ability to undertake intense negotiations, Rakesh has worked for groups like IHG, Radisson, Hyatt, Leela & Starwood hotels and has earned great amount of respect and goodwill over the years.
With over 32 years of consistent achievement in building brand value & return to stake holders, Sanjay's last assignment was as Market Vice President South Asia for Marriott International. Managing Marriott's portfolio Sanjay overlooked the operations of hotels under brands such as JW Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, Le Meridien, Marriott, Renaissance, etc. Moreover, he successfully transitioned Starwood Properties to Marriott post the M&A process.
His expertise is not just limited general management. Shankar has an established record of team management, management training, operational brand standards development, guest loyalty programs, guest satisfaction solutions, managing pre-opening hotel projects, renovations, heritage building management, conversions & rebranding, and crisis management.
