Kyle Broadhurst is an experienced advocate who has been regularly appearing before the Courts in the Cayman Islands since 2001.
Kyle is regularly instructed in high value matters and has acted in several catastrophic injury cases, successfully obtaining some of the highest awards in the Cayman Islands. He is a specialist litigator who regularly provides trusted advice in all aspects of dispute resolution.

Lynne joined Broadhurst LLC in 2020, prior to which she was an attorney on the litigation team at a leading full-service law firm in the Cayman Islands, where she regularly advised upon and argued a variety of civil cases before the Grand Court.
Lynne has appeared in several significant decisions of the Grand Court. Lynne also appears before the Labour Tribunal and Labour Appeals Tribunal of the Cayman Islands in employment matters.
Lynne holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University College, Dublin 2006 and a Masters in Law from Queens University, Belfast 2007.
She was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2008 and had a general civil practice based in Dublin and the Northern Circuit. Lynne regularly appeared in a variety of civil, family, judicial review and chancery matters before the High Court and Circuit Court, as well as before the Employment Appeals Tribunal and Refugee Appeals Tribunal.
Lynne is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society and Cayman Islands Family Law Bar Association.

Tiziana has extensive and focused experience in all areas personal injury litigation. Her practice has been dedicated primarily to serious personal injuries, motor vehicle collision claims, torts, occupier and product liability, insurance disputes, as well as medical and dental negligence.
Prior to being admitted as an Attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands and joining Broadhurst LLC, Tiziana practiced law at a top-rated downtown Toronto personal injury boutique firm for over a dozen years; where she gained a wealth of experience in a wide range of civil litigation. Tiziana has spent her entire career passionately advocating for her injured clients.
Tiziana holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and has regularly appeared in various courts and tribunals since that time.
Tiziana is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, and a non-practicing member of the Law Society of Ontario.
Tiziana is fluent in Italian and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French.
