Our mission is for each person to have available options for housing, income, productive work, medical and social services, transportation, education and personal support, equivalent to that of all citizens and adequate to meet individual wants and needs... Bridges Community Support Services was founded in 2014 by Omusi Ranger as a solution to the need for mental health services within Orlando's homeless community. We offer a seamless continuum of care built of a network of wraparound services that bridge the gap, provide access and eliminate barriers to healthy, independent living... Beginning prior to discharge and continuing beyond inpatient care, we provide the family environment and continuity of care necessary to prevent readmission.
