Dr. Clelia Lima

Dr. Clelia Lima is the founder and CEO of FeelWell Telehealth. She has been an executive and clinical nurse for over thirty years, with a passion for patient-centered holistic care promoting optimal health. She became a nurse practitioner in 2008 and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2011 from the University of Central Florida, where she has been a faculty member for over ten years. Dr. Lima is an expert nurse practitioner clinician in primary care, sleep disorders, weight management, and wellness. Professional journals have published her research studies in sleep disorders, and numerous health news sites have referenced her work. Dr. Lima speaking background includes TV, radio, and national and international conferences. Dr. Lima has been a volunteer with Shepherd's Hope Clinic for over fifteen years, she now offers free visits for their patients on FeelWell telehealth platform as well. Paying patients join in supporting this service to the community. She believes the wellbeing of individuals is linked to the strength of our community. Dr. Lima has participated as a volunteer on international medical mission trips. She is a mentor for nursing students and at-risk youths. Dr. Lima is committed to civic and social responsibility, she treats people with respect, kindness, and compassion.

Dr. Teresa Valerio

Dr. Teresa Valerio is a nurse practitioner and sleep specialist for over 18 years assisting clients of all ages with improving their sleep health. After earning an advanced degree and licensure (APRN) as a nurse practitioner in 2003, she earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2011. She is a board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) and diplomate of behavioral sleep medicine (DBSM). Her healthcare experience of over 40 years includes direct care, research, and executive leadership. Dr. Valerio has a passion for improving quality-of-life through better sleep health. She enjoys learning from people about their particular sleep problems, and helping them develop and implement plans to obtain more satisfying sleep. Her contributions to advancing sleep healthcare include research published in professional journals, educating and consulting with healthcare professionals. She has shared her sleep expertise in articles, books, websites, radio interviews, online and in-person presentations.

Yvette Saliba

Dr. Saliba completed her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in counselor education at the University of Central Florida. She spouses a positive psychology perspective, believing that each individual has strengths and that every person is deserving and capable of living their best life. She works from an eclectic perspective, focusing especially on cognitive, behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies. She has a special interest in working with adults - young & older, women, and healthcare professionals. Prior to the completion of her doctoral degree, she received a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a NBCC Board Certified Counselor.
