As Corporate Controller of Finance, Eric De Guzman's main responsibilities include the development and implementation of group financial policies and controls, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records, managing the financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with Accounting and Financial regulations.
Eric is a seasoned controller with substantial experience spanning small-to-midsize firms and larger, well-known firms like Siemens AG. Prior to joining Eaglestone, Eric spent many years in the Aerospace and Defense Contract Manufacturing industry that further solidified his experience in financial reporting and controlling aspect of his well-rounded career. He has a solid background in process/systems improvement, consolidations, shared services, and project management in multiple industries.
Eric is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He earned his Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Financial Decisions Systems & Strategy from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
As Chief Executive Officer, with more than 32 years of business experience in the built environment and infrastructure sector, Jason is responsible for the company and its business strategy. He and his executive team provides leadership to our divisional management and corporate support teams to maximize operational excellence and efficiency, define growth strategies and implement efficient process plans. Jason's business specialty focuses on strategy execution, driving results and creating high performance leadership teams.
Prior to joining Eaglestone, Jason served as President and COO of Albireo Energy, a Private Equity backed, large independent provider of building automation services doing business in over forty-five countries. As an officer and board member of Albireo Energy for almost seven years, Jason was responsible for the strategic growth and operations of the business.
Prior to Albireo, Jason had many successful general management, operational and sales roles in leading companies such as Sodexo, a family of MEPS businesses owned by PPL, Siemens and Honeywell.
Jason is a mechanical and licensed professional engineer with a deep expertise in MEP systems, building controls and energy service solutions to leading general contractors and direct owners.

- Senior Vice President of Operations
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Mike Azzaro oversees the project related operational activities of Eaglestone and all its subsidiaries. This includes overseeing the company-wide project management office and providing operations and project related support, guidance and advising our business unit operation teams on project risk reviews, project controls, training programs and performance and productivity improvement. In addition, Mike works closely with our finance team led by our CFO, Jingjing Xu. Mike collaborates with CEO, Jason Richards, and other executives to coordinate strategic planning and establish priorities for growth.
Before joining Eaglestone, Mike served as the Vice President of a $1B North American Fire Install and operations business. Prior to Johnson Controls, he spent 10 years at Schindler Elevator where he had numerous roles and led the Large Project Division for North America. Prior to Schindler, Mike had many successful general management, operational and sales roles at Norment Security Group and Otis Elevator.
Mike holds a Masters degree of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, and a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University. Mike resides in Morristown, NJ and is married to his wife Stephanie and is Dad to daughters Sophia & Olivia.

Thomas Farabaugh is the Vice President of Finance. Tommy spearheads financial activities to maximize the use of financial resources and capital for the organization. He advises company executives and managers on financial goals while overseeing development, implementation and maintenance of our financial services and departments. He takes ownership of all cash management and related activities across the Eaglestone platform.
