Andrew P. Fiorica is a San Diego native. He graduated from San Diego State University in 1993. He earned his juris doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 1998. Mr. Fiorica joined the Eppsteiner & Associates firm in 1999 and became a partner at that firm in 2003. Mr. Fiorica has focused his practice in civil litigation and has presented seminars to homeowners, expert witnesses and lawyers on construction litigation, insurance coverage and professional liability.
