Iron leads warehouse and assembly plant in Kunshan city. He assists clients with logistic and shipment consolidations, establishes strong relationship with global logistic forwarder for ocean and airship. Iron also manages the daily custom documents preparation and clearance. Iron has experiences in mechanical manufacturing as well as experience as a technician and quality engineer in the steel manufacturing Industry.

Jack is the President and founder of ALL-WAYS. He is in charge of operation management, business development and client relationship, supplier identification and assessment, program management, and engineering supporting services. Jack led ALL-WAY'S team as it helped U.S. clients doing business in China. He has 20+ year experiences working at American companies at different roles and positions, with the combinations of supply chain development and management in fluid power, construction machinery, automotive, oil & gas, electronics industries, and project management for a USD$7 million Parker Hannifin account. Jack also has 7 years sales experiences in casting iron bars to explore new applications to penetrate China market. Jack is fluent in English and is a native Mandarin speaker.
Jack is married and has two (2) boys at ages of 10 years old and 6 months. He has a bachelor degree in Business from Qingdao University, which is among the most prestigious Universities for business school.
Melody is responsible for working with clients and suppliers for RFP/RFQ, and help customers negotiate the best price and lead time. She has daily contact with suppliers and follow up the project progress on schedule. Melody has over fourteen (14) years of working experiences as sourcing specialist and customer service. She is skillful in using tools (like scorecard, KPI, customer satisfaction survey etc.…) to improve the service quality of suppliers. Her working experience includes the in-depth practices of identifying suppliers with potential to develop their quality and business system to meet Customers' requirements, and supporting the Customers in cost savings projects. Melody is fluent in English and travels frequently to overseas visiting customers and suppliers.

- SQE MANAGER
Mike serves at ALL-WAYS as the supplier quality manager acting as the interface between Asian suppliers and global clients, filling the gap of supplier assessment audit, supplier development and monitoring, and quality issues solving. Mike is well trained and practiced for quality system TS/ISO16949, TPM/TPS, Lean Manufacturing, 8D Method Problem Solving, etc. He is responsible for Supplier Quality Improvement Team (SQIT) at supplier site to manage Advanced Product Qualify Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), source release, process/product audits and process improvements. He has led the supplier team to successfully launch the quality assurance, review production readiness, measuring equipment, CP, FMEA, PPAP submission and phase review, and also trace supplier quality issue progress, perform audit to supplier and corrective action implementation.
