Amy worked for 12 years in hospitality, acquiring a range of skills and experience in general management, recruitment and training, and regional management.
Amy has worked her way up through the hospitality ranks, from a pub restaurant manager through to training and recruitment roles at Mitchells and Butlers, and finally, before joining MMC, as a regional operations manager with responsibility for over 15 premises.
Amy's role at MMC taps into her expertise in the ‘frontline' experience, as she focuses on getting the people to deliver the right customer experience through the right recruitment, training, and operational processes.
"I am passionate about delighting customers through exceptional service, standards and experiences. I have a great deal of understanding of what is required to make this happen."
She believes the principles of great customer experiences are the same regardless of the size of a company. Amy likes nothing more than to think strategically and create training plans that ‘future proof' a company.

Clair is the Founder of March Marketing & Consulting. She has spent the last 21 years building brands and leading teams to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies and plans.
Prior to setting up MMC, Clair worked in a variety of marketing roles for large-scale organisations such as Kraft Foods and Mitchells and Butlers. In 2015, Clair broke away from corporate employment after working in increasingly senior roles in the marketing sector to set up MMC.
Clair has worked with a range of businesses from heritage corporates like SA Brain to privately owned challengers like COOK.
Today, Clair advises on brand strategy, marketing planning, new product development and social media marketing. Her experience spans a wide range of marketing disciplines including brand management, NPD, B2B, and digital marketing.
"I am incredibly proud of the work we do for our clients and the way in which we work with people. We really do enjoy what we do - which is why I've been doing it so long and why I still love doing it!"
