Phillip has a successful background in Structural Landscaping. In 2002 he began offering landscape maintenance services trading under the name "Living Maintenance". Word spread of the reliable work being provided and in 2007 "The Living Property Group Pty Ltd" was formed. Today we employ four full-time staff to meet the demand for high quality lawn and garden maintenance at residential, commercial, council and educational facilities... The Living Property Group maintains commercial properties with Caltex being our largest commercial client... We specialise in school grounds maintenance.
