Bertina Tubaro holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern Queensland. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Queensland. Bertina completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in Brisbane and was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Australia in Queensland in 2018.
Bertina has extensive experience in family law matters, having first commenced working in the Family Court in parenting matters in 2003. Bertina continued to work in family law matters since that time. Since being admitted as a solicitor, Bertina continues to use her vast wealth of knowledge, skill and experience in both parenting and property matters.
Bertina is passionate about all aspects of family law, including assisting individuals in domestic violence matters, binding financial agreements and consent orders. In addition to Bertina's legal experience, Bertina has extensive experience in the family court as a psychologist and family report writer. She has over two decades of experience in working with parents in complex parenting disputes with complex children's issues.
Bertina also enjoys other areas of law, including, succession law and in particular Wills, Probate and Contested Wills; property law in terms of commercial leases; child support; some areas of criminal law; and guardianship and health directives, having a special interest in elder abuse.
Bertina brings a strong and focused, yet personable approach to assisting clients in achieving positive and realistic outcomes.
In her spare time Bertina enjoys being outdoors and being active.

Dominique is the personal assistant to the solicitor director and one of our paralegals.
Dominique is a Sunshine Coast local having lived on the Coast her whole life. She is currently completing a dual degree in Law, Criminology and Justice at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Outside of work, Dominique enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's with her dog, her friends or training for her next marathon.
Frankie manages calls from the Noosa office on a full-time basis.
Frankie manages the client enquiries and the solicitor's appointment schedules.
Frankie has worked previously in barrister chambers and effortlessly blends empathy with efficiency.

Grace Fahey was admitted to practice law in 2012. She has practiced exclusively in family law in both Queensland and New South Wales since that time.
Grace is an empathetic and confident solicitor who is dedicated to providing clear, reliable, and practical advice. Her primary objective is to assist clients in achieving early resolution of their family law matters in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Grace seeks to maximise opportunities to reach a resolution without the need for litigation wherever possible. When it is necessary to go to court, Grace has experience both as an advocate and instructing solicitor.
Grace's clients benefit from her calm nature, her comprehensive knowledge of the law, and her realistic and outcome-orientated approach.
Grace has experience assisting clients in all areas of family law from legally complex property disputes to less complicated property settlements, parenting arrangements, child support, financial agreements, spousal maintenance and divorce.

Jane McCarthy is the Managing Director of Noosa & Hinterland Family Lawyers. Jane is a Family Lawyer, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, and Parenting Co-ordinator. Jane has more than a decade of experience in Parenting and Property matters but particularly enjoys offering a sensible and realistic approach to parenting matters. Jane can also assist with Wills to ensure all aspects of your separation are finalised.
Jane has been a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner since 2017 and believes that these negotiation skills assist her legal practice by settling matters in a cost effective and expedient manner.
Jane first moved to Noosa in 1987 and now lives in the Noosa Hinterland in Doonan. She is a mum and step mum of seven (now adult children) and has one grandchild. Jane is actively involved in her local community, volunteering and assisting clients of SunnyKids. Jane is a member of Noosa Zonta and assists preparing food at the annual Noosa Salvation Army Christmas.
Jane aims to work collaboratively to assist clients to resolve their matters in a child focused and appropriate manner helping and enabling each client, and their family to move forward positively following separation.
Jane is based in both the Noosaville and Cooroy Office.
Marlie relocated to the Sunshine Coast three years ago, where she is currently completing a dual degree in Law, Criminology and Justice at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Marlie is passionate to pursue a career in Family Law and provide all clients who may come into her care with exceptional customer service.
When Marlie is not in the office, she is soaking up the sun at one of the Sunshine Coast's beautiful beaches.
Rafael lives locally in the Noosa Hinterland and is completing his Law Degree locally at University of the Sunshine Coast and assisting in the Cooroy office.

Shelley lives on a hobby farm in the Noosa Hinterland with her husband and two teenage children.
