TL5702 is a low power tri-axial acceleration sensor IC with small foot-print package. It consists of a capacitive accelerometer MEMS transducer and an integrated circuit (IC). This sensor can measure acceleration with 10-bit resolution up to ±16g for the static acceleration of gravity in tilt sensing applications as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion, shock, or vibration. The measured data is accessible through either 4/3-wire SPI or I2C interface.
