ZABA THERAPY - Key Persons


Ashley Miano

Ashley taught in public schools for years and developed a passion for behavior analysis that led her to pursue a certification in Behavior Analysis. She joined ZABA in 2016 as a Behavior Technician while working towards her BCBA credentials. In 2018 she joined the team as a BCBA where she has demonstrated expertise in effectively reducing and eliminating severe challenging behaviors both in home and through school consultation. Additionally, Ashley has worked with a wide range of individuals diagnosed with autism. She continues to expand her wide ranging expertise, making her well versed in a range of areas related to autism, including but not limited to behaviors, social/communication skills and rigidity.

Brieana Watson

Brie has been in the field of behavior analysis since 2013. She has worked with a wide variety of children in both schools and homes. She completed her Masters in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Saint Joseph and has been a BCBA since 2016. Brie works closely with parents and caregivers and her clients to ensure that they are all aligned on what goals are most important, what behavior analytic procedures are most appropriate, and the outcomes for children and their families improve all their lives.

Caryn Mello-Kennedy

Caryn has over 20 years of experience as a behavior analyst and has worked with a wide range of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She has wide ranging expertise and has extensive experience consulting for schools and supervising home-based ABA programs as well.

Karli Lowy M.Ed

Karli has been in the field of behavior analysis since 2011. She has worked with a wide variety of children on the autism spectrum in school, clinic, and home based settings. Karli got her start in ABA after babysitting for a child with special needs, which led her to eventually become a BCBA. Karli's dedication to her clients and their families is unparalleled and their overall success is her number one goal.

Tom Zwicker

Dr Zwicker has over 25 years of experience serving individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities across the country. He received his Ph.D. in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Kansas, the first, and largest behavior analytic department in the world. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral level and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut and New York.

Dr. Roth has over 30 years of experience as a dedicated clinician, teacher, professor and mentor in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. He has dedicated his life and focus of his career on applying the science of ABA to make meaningful differences in the lives of the children & adults diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities.
