Aine is registered with the Healthcare Professions Council (HCPC) and Association for Nutrition (AFN) governing bodies.
Áine has spent much of her career working in mental health settings across the NHS, charity and private sectors. She has experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, isolation and loneliness.
Áine also offers support and skills-based training to families, partners and carers looking after a loved one with an eating disorder. She provides psycho-education and practical tips to support with carers' well-being, whilst promoting recovery in the home environment

Anita graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey in 2000 and MSc Advanced Diabetes Practice from King's College London in 2013.
Anita works as a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist in both the NHS and private practice.
Anita also qualified as a personal trainer in 2019. Anita has worked in the Dulwich-area since 2004 and has lived here since 2017.
Anita works in a food-first approach, offering supplement recommendations where required. Anita recommends and reviews blood work working to optimise your health through her recommendations. Anita describes her approach as "pro-choice, anti-judgement", recognising that one size does not fit all and that through life's ebbs and flows, goals may change. Colette has lived in the area since arriving in London as a university student. Colette graduated with BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Kings College, London in 1996 & MSc Sports Physiotherapy degree from London Southbank University in 2005.
Julie qualified in 1998 with BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy from University of Liverpool and moved to South London on graduating. Julie continues to work in the NHS and lives locally with her family.
Experienced in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Julie specialises in Community Orthopaedics treating hip and knee replacements pre and post operation, management of patients post fractures including frailty patients, spinal fractures and spinal orthotics.
Julie works closely with other healthcare professionals, and teaches on the University of Greenwich accredited Orthopaedic Post-Graduate Course.

Kay is a physiotherapist with over 25 years experience, graduating from the University of East London in 1996 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. She has lived locally since 2007 & enjoys being part of & serving the local community. Kay's physiotherapy experience has been in the NHS & private practice, as well as hospital & private practice in Australia. She has advanced assessment & treatment skills and is equipped to manage a wide range of Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.
Louise graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy in 2011. Louise has worked for a number of years in a multitude of settings including NHS, private, community and hospital settings in Jamaica and the UK.
Louise gained an interest in Women's Health in 2012 and has worked solely in the area since 2018.
Louise is a Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) affiliate member, and a member of two diversity and equality interest groups at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) where she represented the groups at various conferences around the UK.
Louise's main goal as a Women's Health Physiotherapist is to improve health, well-being and quality of life during those crucial times in a woman's life.
Louise has a special interest in pregnant and post-natal women and uses a holistic approach with advanced assessment and treatment skills to manage a wide range of women's health complaints however, she also enjoys treating orthopaedic conditions.
Russell graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Northumbria University in 2001; prior to physiotherapy Russell obtained an MBA from Newcastle University.
Russell has worked in the NHS & also in Australia, specialising in Musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders.
Russell uses an eclectic mix of Physiotherapy techniques & is predominantly hands-on in his approach.
