Áine has spent much of her career working in mental health settings across the NHS, charity and private sectors. She has experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, isolation and loneliness. Áine also offers support and skills-based training to families, partners and carers looking after a loved one with an eating disorder. She provides psycho-education and practical tips to support with carers' well-being, whilst promoting recovery in the home environment

Anita Beckwith

Anita works as a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist in both the NHS and private practice. Anita also qualified as a personal trainer in 2019. Anita has worked in the Dulwich-area since 2004 and has lived here since 2017. Anita works in a food-first approach, offering supplement recommendations where required. Julie Lubbock

Julie qualified in 1998 with BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy from University of Liverpool and moved to South London on graduating. Julie continues to work in the NHS and lives locally with her family. Experienced in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Julie specialises in Community Orthopaedics treating hip and knee replacements pre and post operation, management of patients post fractures including frailty patients, spinal fractures and spinal orthotics. Kay Thoburn

Louise Thompson

Louise graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy in 2011. Louise has worked for a number of years in a multitude of settings including NHS, private, community and hospital settings in Jamaica and the UK. Louise gained an interest in Women's Health in 2012 and has worked solely in the area since 2018. Louise is a Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) affiliate member, and a member of two diversity and equality interest groups at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) where she represented the groups at various conferences around the UK. Louise's main goal as a Women's Health Physiotherapist is to improve health, well-being and quality of life during those crucial times in a woman's life. Louise has a special interest in pregnant and post-natal women and uses a holistic approach with advanced assessment and treatment skills to manage a wide range of women's health complaints however, she also enjoys treating orthopaedic conditions.
