Brian Reeds outstanding service to the Team, Dedication to Growth and flexibility was rewarded with the Title of 2021 Employee of the Year. He is an Ohio State Fan through and through and enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, children & grandchildren.
Danny's responsibilities include overseeing maintenance operations to achieve objectives consistent with the asset strategy for each multi-family property. This includes identifying property management and capital improvement requirements, budget planning and execution, variance analysis, cost management, staff hiring and training, contract management, quality assurance, and developing and implementing maintenance policies that reflect Heritage Hill's core values. Danny's specialty is developing innovative approaches to employ the most cost-effective means of repairing and maintaining asset value by developing maintenance leaders and crew who are committed to building a better community and enhancing resident quality of life.
Danny has 27 years of experience working in the mechanical trades and is currently the only multifamily maintenance technician in the state of Ohio with Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) designation and the associated Energy Efficiency (CAMTE) and the Management Leader (CAMTL) certifications. Danny is an active member of the Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky Apartment Association where he serves its Education Committee and instructs CAMT courses.

veteran, Donald Stiltner was promoted to Maintenance Manager for Cross Key Apartments in February 2022. Donald is a native of Portsmouth, OH but now calls Columbus his home with his wife and daughter. His dedication and motivation to serve the residents of his community are what drive him everyday and he strives to be an excellent example of professionalism for his peers.

Our Regional Property Manager, Jody Lynch, is serious about efficiency and progress. She has worked with Heritage Hill since March of 2017, spearheading the lease-up at most of our value-add properties as Property Manager. During her tenure at Heritage Hill she has pursued her CAM and CAPS through the NAA and was awarded both in 2018 and 2020, respectively. She lives in Cincinnati with her Husband, two children, 5 kitties and 3 birds. Her passions include Karaoke and fast cars.

Nicole Beck has been with Heritage Hill Property Management for 4 years. She has consistently advanced in responsibility & recently was promoted to Acting Property Manager of 2500 Place & Whispering Pines. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 beautiful children.

Ronnie Royse Joined the Oakmont Flats team in 2020 and was Quickly promoted to Manager due to his dedication to customer service and unrelenting excellence. He enjoys spending quality family time with his wife and daughter. He also has a passion for music and plays guitar in his free time.
Prior to joining Heritage Hill in 2017, Tor served in the U.S. Air Force for 29 years, primarily as a fighter pilot and military strategist where he commanded and led a variety of diverse organizations. He retired as Colonel in 2017 from the Pentagon where he served as a Middle East policy advisor and strategist to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He holds a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, a master's degree in Systems Engineering, an MBA, and a master's degree in National Security/Strategic Studies.
