Constantine joined Armila Capital in February 2017, as a Director of Corporate Finance. Prior to this, he has held a number of senior positions in the financial services industry including Chief Executive Officer of Premier European Capital ltd a London based finance company, Chief Executive Officer of LARCO S.A. a Ferronickel Mining Company and Chairman of Toledo Mining Corporation Plc a London AIM listed company.
He has also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Board Director of Sanwa International PLC (the Investment Banking Arm of Sanwa Bank, now UFJ-Mitsubishi) and Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets and Global Head of Derivatives for Barclays Bank PLC. He also served as a member of the Barclays Bank Group Credit Committee. Before joining the Financial Sector, in 1982, he was Lecturer of Econometrics at Bath University, UK where he now holds the position of visiting Professor. He has written extensively on the subject of currency and interest rate options and he is the co-author of the book on ‘Financial Options: from theory to practice'. He is also the past President of the European Finance Association and past President of European Financial Management Association.

Based in the UK, David Potter is an experienced banker with more than 20 years' experience in the City, most recently as Chief Operating Officer on the Board of Qatar Islamic Bank (UK). He is also currently a Board Director at DDCAP, the leading Islamic finance market intermediary.

After studying medicine for seven years at the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland, Dr Abdulla has acted as CEO, executive vice chairman and chairman of several companies in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. In addition to his duties as a board director, Dr Abdulla is also responsible for setting overall KEH Group strategy, including investment policies for companies in the KEH group. These responsibilities include investments in a variety of business sectors, primarily the medical, leisure and hotel sectors, as well as in a number of countries in addition to Kuwait, most notably the UK and Egypt.

Humphrey is Chief Executive Officer of Armila Capital. Humphrey also holds the position of Group Chief Executive Officer of KEH, the holding company of of Armila Capital, having joined the group in May 2016. Prior to this appointment, Humphrey founded Bank of London and The Middle East plc and was Chief Executive Officer of BLME Holdings having joined in August 2006.
Humphrey has more than 30 years of international banking experience and has worked at J. Henry Schroder Wagg, Barclays Merchant Bank (later Barclays de Zoete Wedd/BZW) and WestLB where he held positions including CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, and Head of Global Financial Markets. He has managed a number of global businesses within Barclays and WestLB as well as founding his own business in 2002 where he remains Non-Executive Chairman.
He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), is on the Advisory Board of the London Capital Club and is a Business Ambassador for the Royal Marines Business Liaison Group.

James has over 15 years international property and corporate finance experience. He has acted on behalf of institutions, family offices and high net worth individuals acquiring trophy assets, hotels, student accommodation, commercial and residential real estate assets and portfolios across UK, Western Europe and Asia Pacific. Mandates have ranged from formation of joint ventures, club and fund structures as well as specific investor strategy leading to family office creation.
Most recently James has been running a multi-family office on behalf of two UHNW Middle Eastern investors, providing asset identification, structuring, oversight and managing of due diligence, sourcing and negotiating Shari'ah compliant financing and ongoing asset management.
James has been an integral member of the Armila Capital team since joining at the start of 2017.

Richard has over 40 years of experience in international banking. He joined J. Henry Schroder Wagg in 1975 as a graduate trainee and later worked for WestLB where he was Regional Head of Global Financial Markets for Asia-Pacific. In the early 2000s he co-founded Lesmoir-Gordon, Boyle & Co (LGB), a London-based corporate finance and investment management business. There he was responsible for LGB's advisory relationship with Bank of London and The Middle East plc. He retired from LGB in 2015. Richard joined Armila Capital in July 2016, and is a Director of Corporate Finance.
Richard joined KEH as Group Chief Financial Officer in July 2016 was appointed CEO of Armila in January 2017. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer of Bank of London and The Middle East plc. where, following authorisation by the regulator in 2007, the bank grew to be the largest Islamic bank in London. He also led the listing of BLME on the Dubai Nasdaq exchange.
Having qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1980, Richard spent his early career with Chase Manhattan, Credit Agricole and Bankers Trust. He then spent 10 years at Robert Fleming & Co setting up its Global Equities Derivatives business, including three years in Hong Kong with Jardine Fleming.
Richard also has experience with start-up companies and in private equity with Legal & General Ventures.
Richard is also a Non-Executive Director of Agricultural Bank of China (UK) Limited where he chairs the Audit Committee.
