In 1986, Dr. Choi immigrated from Hong Kong to Montreal, Quebec, and opened a Tat Sang Tong Chinese Herbal Store, where he practiced medicine on St. Laurent Street in Montreal and helping the overseas Chinese community. Tat Sang Tong Chinese Herbal Store in Montreal to exclusively specialize in selling of natural herbal tea bags and soup bags in accordance to ancient Chinese herbal combination formulas.
