Dr. Chen Yudong was born in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. He graduated from Baoji Weibin Middle School in 1978. In 1982, he obtained bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering at Chongqing University. From 1989, he served as Executive Engineer of the Perceptron Inc. in Greater Detroit, USA. In 1991, he received his master and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan. From 1995, he served as US-NSF-STA Research Fellow in Japan Science and Technology Agency, conducting consultancy of concurrent manufacturing system and FMS for automotive industry to Japanese researchers and industries. In 1998, he received the MBA degree at Michigan State University and returned back to China to serve as the Chief Engineer-Greater China, Business Development Director and Co-country Manager of a leading automotive supplier.
In 2007, Dr. Chen Yudong joined Bosch Group Gasoline Engine Department and served as the Senior Vice President, responsible for business development in China. From May, 2008 to December 2010, he served as the Executive Vice President of Bosch (China) Investment Ltd., in charge of Original Equipment Sales. Since 2011, Dr. Chen Yudong has been the President of Bosch (China) Investment Ltd.

Rio Tinto has appointed Ian Bauert as managing director, China, on February 5th, 2010, with immediate effect.
Ian will be based in Shanghai and will lead Rio Tinto's 160-strong team of employees in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. He speaks fluent Mandarin and established the company's first office in China more than 25 years ago. Ian has since held numerous senior positions with Rio Tinto.
Ian Bauert's most recent role was managing director, Sales and Marketing, Iron Ore. He started his career at Rio Tinto more than 30 years ago and has held various positions including managing director, Dampier Salt, managing director, New Business, Iron Ore.
Mr. Jiang Weiming was born in Shanghai, China in 1956. In 1986, Mr. Jiang graduated from Danish Royal Agricultural and Veterinary University with PhD in Agro.
In 1986 - 1991, Mr. Jiang serviced for the Danbrew Ltd in Denmark as the technical manager for the China department. In 1991 - 2006, Mr. Jiang joined Novozymes (former Novo Nordisk Enzymes Division) as Operation Manager, General Manager and Group Vice President/China President. Furthermore, in 2004, Mr. Jiang was selected as vice-Chairman of China business council for sustainable development (CBCSD).
In Aug. 2006, Mr. Jiang joined DSM as Corp Vice President, responsible for Strategic Projects in Asia Pacific, and since May 2007 appointed as President DSM China.
In the capacity of President of DSM China, Mr. Jiang is continuing the DSM's ambitions to the development of China as an important strategic site for DSM, not only limited to the existing business, but also develop a wide portfolio business in the areas of Materials, Health and Food.

Mr. Boliang Mai is the first generation engineer of container industry in China. From graduation till now, Mr. Mai started his career in CIMC. In 1992, Mr. Mai was appointed as general manager by the Board. Under his leadership, CIMC grew into a world class company from a small plant.
Mr. Jens Tommerup joins Vestas with rich cultural, international and executive management experience in operating factories, sales offices and R&D facilities.
Tommerup has worked 12 years in China before joining Vestas. Tommerup was CEO of the industrial paint manufacturer Hempel Group's joint-venture company with China Merchants Holding (International) and was in charge of building up the Chinese operations including 3 factories, 21 offices, R&D and training facilities. Tommerup has particularly worked with developing new concepts related to key account management, technical services and partnerships with key stakeholders in China.
During this period Tommerup was also member of the senior management at China Merchants Holding (International) and member of the Hempel Group's top management team.
Mr. Jens Tommerup holds a Diploma as Master Mariner, a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and has pursued further executive education at IMP in London and INSEAD in France.

Born in January 1962, Mr. Li Xihong is President of Economics & Development Research Institute, SINOPEC. Mr. Li Xihong graduated from Hebei University of Technology in 1982 majoring Petroleum Refining. Mr. Li started his career in Cangzhou Refinery, SINOPEC. From January 1987 to April 1998 Mr. Li was Vice General Engineer and later Vice Director and General Engineer of Cangzhou Refinery, SINOPEC. In 1996, he received a MBA degree from Dalian University of Technology. From April 1998 to May 2001 Mr. Li was Vice President of Tianjin Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC and President of Tianjin United Chemical Limited Company. From May 2001 to January 2006 he was President of Tianjin Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC. Since January 2006, Mr. Li has been President of Economics & Development Research Institute, SINOPEC. Mr. Li Xihong is an expert and has much experience on petrochemical technology, modern enterprise management and soft scientific research.

Mr. Liu Zhenya began to work in October, 1971. He joint CPC in April, 1984. Liu is a senior engineer graduated from Shandong University of Technology in August, 1977. During the early years of his career, he worked as a technician in Baiyanghe Power Plant of Shandong Province, and later taught in Shandong University of Technology. He was once also a technician in Linyi Electric Power & Industry Bureau, and later worked as deputy director, director and deputy secretary of CPC Committee successively. In October, 1992, Liu was appointed as deputy director general and deputy secretary of CPC Committee in Shandong Electric Power & Industry Bureau. In 1995, he became director general of Shandong Electric Power & Industry Bureau, and then chairman & general manager of Shandong Electric Power Corporation. He was also appointed Chairman of the Board in Shandong Luneng Group and Vice Chairman of Hua Xia Bank in that year. In 2000, Liu became deputy secretary of Party Leadership Group in State Grid Corporation of China, and was latter appointed deputy manager of SGCC in 2003. In 2004, he assumed the office of President of SGCC.
Mr. Christiansen joined the Novo Group in 1996, coming from a senior manager position in the American audit and consulting group Arthur Andersen. During 1996-2001, he served as Senior Finance Manager for the Healthcare Business in China. In 2001 Mr. Christiansen took over the responsibility for Finance, IT and Legal for Novozymes Emerging Markets and later the Asia-Pacific group. Mr. Christiansen has held senior management positions outside Novozymes for two other Danish conglomerates based in Asia.
Mr. Christiansen holds a Master degree in Finance, Law and Audit from the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, and is a certified Public Accountant from the Danish Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Per Marius Berrefjord is the Managing Director of DNV Sustainability Centre, which is located in Beijing.
He was born in 1956, Norwegian. Married and has two daughters. He got an MSc of Electrical engineering from Norwegian Technical University in Trondheim, Norway in 1978.
He worked as a researcher for SINTEF, the largest independent research organization in Scandinavia 1979 -1983.
He joined DNV in 1983 and has since then worked in different technical and managerial positions in Norway and abroad serving different industries.
He was a project manager in DNV for large unconventional projects, such as the first sub-sea production systems in the North Sea, the design of the world`s largest ice breaker in Canada and the 6.5 meter elevation of 12 interconnected offshore production platforms at the Ekofisk field in the North Sea.

Peng Chen, is the vice president and Chief Financial Officer of WISCO group with doctorate and the titles of senior accountant and researcher. He is in charge of finance, property, financial management and resource development. In recent years, WISCO has consecutively established and improved the financial management system of parent-subsidiary structure by means of the network of financial information and integration, with the objective of "building first class financial management system", under the guidance of "Credibility Foremost, Objective First", and on the premise of value maximization for the corporate property. Ms. Tian is Chairman and CEO of SINOWIND, a leading international wind power corporation with a wholly owned subsidiary in China. She is also Chairman and CEO of Global Equity Corporation and its parent corporation GEC Technologies, which manages the company's international investments in oil and gas, electric power generation, communications and medical technologies.
Ms. Tian serves as officer or director of several other corporations. She is also Senior Advisor to the world's largest lobbying/public policy firm, Patton Boggs (Washington DC), and GSE Systems, the world's leader in nuclear, fossil fuel and petrochemical simulators. She is Senior Advisor to The Dean Rusk Center of the University of Georgia School of Law and assists with their international legal training program held at Qinghua and Fuday Universities.
Tom O' Reilly, Managing Director, Greater China, joined Rockwell Automation China in January of 2007, with Chinese name of 欧瑞韬.
Before joining China team, Tom O'Reilly was the business manager for Rockwell Automation's Plant Services business which is a component of the company's portfolio of engineering and maintenance support services. O'Reilly is responsible for the company's global MRO asset management services and maintenance solutions.
Previously, he was Managing Director, Rockwell Samsung Automation based in Seoul, Korea responsible for all of their operations including sales, marketing, system engineering, manufacturing, and technical support and service in the Korean market. He led the efforts in acquiring the automation business of Samsung Electronics in April 2002 and combining it with Rockwell Automation's existing operations to create Rockwell Samsung Automation. Rockwell Samsung Automation is now one of the leaders in the automation market in Korea. Prior to Korea, he was Sales Manager for Rockwell Automation Japan based in Tokyo.
O'Reilly began his career with Allen-Bradley, now part of Rockwell Automation, in 1985 as a sales trainee, and has held increasingly responsible sales and sales management positions in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and New York.
O'Reilly has Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
He participates on a number of industry standards committees and is a strong advocate of the open standards they are supporting.

Tony Su is the President for DuPont Greater China. His role and responsibility include leading all DuPont organizations in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Mr. Su joined DuPont Taiwan in 1980 as a customer service representative. A year later, he became sales and market development representative for polymer products in Taiwan. In 1986, he received his first overseas assignment in Hong Kong as Asia Pacific regional sales leader for High Performance Films business. He returned to Taiwan in 1988 to assume couple of manufacturing leadership roles from DuPont Electronics.
In 1991, Mr. Su was transferred to Advanced Fibers Systems to take on several Asia Pacific leadership roles in marketing, business and joint venture management in Taipei and Hong Kong. In late 1997, Mr. Su was relocated to Richmond, Virginia as Kevlar® global product manager. He was then transferred to Wilmington, Delaware where he became the strategy development manager for Fluoropolymers in 2000. Mr. Su returned to Asia the next year to take up regional director role in Hong Kong and Shanghai for Fluoroproducts. In 2008, he was appointed global business director for Advanced Fibers Systems and transferred back to Richmond, Virginia. In Nov., 2009, he returned to Shanghai to assume Vice President, Sales & Marketing position for China. On September 1 st, 2010, he was appointed to the current position.
Mr. Su graduated from Chung Yuan University in 1978 with a bachelor degree of Business Administration. He is married with two grown-up children. He and his wife, Margaret, currently reside in Shanghai.
