Abbie heads up our Mobile Customer Support team, bringing a proactive and solutions-focused approach to managing client queries and ensuring seamless mobile service experiences.
As our Head of Telecoms, Andy leads the delivery of our VoIP solutions with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and client success. Andy ensures each deployment is tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Dave joined The One Point in 2019 as Head of Public Sector, and in 2020 Dave also became the Chief Operating Officer for our subsidiary company N3i. He brings significant expertise and experience in Public Sector Digital Transformation, Strategy, Development, Infrastructure and IT Operations. Dave is now our Chief Digital Information Officer.
David joined The One Point in 2021 as Head of Technical Services. David is responsible for ensuring the technical department delivers on our promises and developing the overall technical strategy for the business.
David joined 19 years ago and now oversees the mobile team, customer services and the HR department.
Jacob joined the team in 2017, during his time at The One Point he has worked on our Helpdesk and now oversees their activity and service delivery, working closely with our COO on tech strategy.
Kat oversees our financial operations, ensuring our invoicing and billing runs smoothly. She works closely with our customers to put financial plans in place to ensure great service can be accessed by a range of businesses.
Lewis joined in 2016 as an apprentice IT Analyst and he now manages a team of both on-site and remote support technicians across our offices. As our Chief Operating Officer he oversees all technical operations and strategy for The One Point.
Lucie runs the Marketing Department, ensuring our customers receive regular communication regarding tech news and updates to their service. She also plays a key role in deploying Digital Dojo to our client base.

Nathan joined The One Point in 2011 and brings over a decade of experience, insight, and leadership to our sales operations. As Chief Sales Officer, he oversees all sales related activity - driving strategic growth, aligning teams, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact through to long-term partnership.
Nicola joined The One Point in 2009 as the company's first full-time Finance Administrator. She now heads up the Finance team within the business and controls the entire financial operations of The One Point.
Oliver joined The One Point in 2019 and has since played a key role within the Engineering team. Over the years, he has progressed into a leadership position, and most recently is our Engineering Team Lead.
Rob joined The One Point in 2024 to support our cybersecurity work. As an approved Cyber Essentials Assessor by IASME, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge to our dedicated cyber team.
