We are a diverse creative, technology, and design collective committed to bringing diverse creative initiatives by women and people of color to life through innovation and fresh perspectives. We believe in supporting creative initiatives led by women and people of color and giving next-up innovators, technologists, and designers a platform to support purpose-driven and impact-focused projects... As more of a think tank than an agency, the team at Rita XYZ helps diverse creatives solve problems and make an impact, especially those just starting out with limited resources. We take on a limited number of partners each quarter in order to focus on quality, intention, and impact... At the end of the day, our passion is to deliver experiences at the intersection of Creativity, Liberal Arts, and Technology.
