The Royal Stag opened in late June of 2022 under the ownership of Shawn Hawkins, who also co-owns Tiger Town Brewing Company in Mitchell, OR. The Royal Stag offers a diverse menu and walks the line of casual & fine dining. The Stag bar opened New Years Eve & the banquet room hosts Bingo on Thursday nights at 6pm & is also available to rent.
