Dr. Adam Siegel

Adam Siegel, DPM, is a board-certified physician skilled in all facets of podiatric treatment, with a special focus on sports medicine, diabetic care, traumatology, and cosmetic foot surgery. He earned his degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in Chicago before completing a comprehensive three-year surgical residency at Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, Florida. Following his postgraduate training, Dr. Siegel joined a high-end podiatric group in Chicago and took over the directorship of its downtown office. He then co-founded Modern Foot & Ankle, bringing his diverse experience in technology and patient care to the Central Florida region. Dr. Siegel is active in the local medical community, currently serving as a member of the AdventHealth Finance and Contracting Committee. He spends his free time relaxing with his wife and sons, golfing, and playing tennis.

Dr. Evan Young

Evan Young, DPM, is a triple board-certified physician known for his surgical diversity and use of pioneering techniques. He provides clinical and surgical podiatric solutions for all ages, specializing in pediatric conditions, revisional surgery, bunion and hammertoe correction, and foot and ankle reconstruction. After receiving his degrees from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, and Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in Chicago, Dr. Young served as chief resident during his three-year surgical residency at Chicago's Mercy Hospital. His training placed a strong emphasis on orthopedics, traumatology, and complex reconstruction; he also studied closely with the foremost pediatric orthopedic specialist in the country, Dr. Edwin Harris. For seven years Dr. Young was an attending at the Cooper Clinic Foot Health Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Now he brings his talents to Modern Foot & Ankle, where his pursuit of new minimally-invasive techniques is nourished by the practice's prioritization of medical advances. Dr. Young is one of a handful of surgeons who has achieved distinction in performing the miniBunion™ system, a groundbreaking procedure for bunion correction. When he's not in the office, Dr. Young enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. His hobbies include coaching baseball, playing piano, and attending his sons' and daughter's events.

Dr. Jacob Huffman

Jacob Huffman, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric physician specializing in sports medicine, minimally-invasive surgeries, arthroscopy, and bunion and hammertoe correction. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa followed by his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University in Miami, where Dr. Huffman was awarded with a distinct honor in clinical excellence. He then completed a comprehensive three-year surgical program at the Miami VA Medical Center. During residency, Dr. Huffman underwent extensive training in reconstructive rearfoot procedures, including ankle stabilization and ligament reconstruction, and gained significant experience performing minimally-invasive procedures for bunion correction. He credits his program with providing access to the orthopedic field's latest research findings and cultivating within him a knowledge-driven ideology that he carries over to Modern Foot & Ankle. Dr. Michael Zuri

Michael Zuri, DPM, is a board-certified physician specializing in sports injuries, endoscopic plantar fasciotomies for heel pain, diabetic foot care, and bunion and hammertoe correction. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville and his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University in Miami, where he graduated as the class salutatorian. Dr. Zuri subsequently completed an intensive three-year surgical training program at Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, Florida. Following residency, Dr. Zuri joined the long-standing Tampa practice All Podiatry Group as a partner. After immersing himself in his lively community, he was inspired to search for ways to help more patients find relief. Dr. Zuri then expanded the reach of his care across the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas by co-founding Modern Foot & Ankle. When he's not in the office, Dr. Zuri is watching Florida Gator sports, playing basketball, and enjoying time with his wife, young daughter, and their Goldendoodle. He also loves to cook and welcomes any good recipes from patients.

Dr. Roma Patel

Roma Patel, DPM, is a board-certified physician specializing in fractures, cosmetic foot surgery, wound care, and diabetic foot care. She earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois, followed by her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University in Miami. Dr. Patel then embarked on a prestigious three-year residency program at Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, Florida. As a sole practitioner, Dr. Patel treated patients in the Greater Orlando area for six years prior to expanding her clinic into a multi-regional venture. She is now a co-founder of Modern Foot & Ankle, where she is recognized for rooting compassionate care and personalized attention into the practice's core values. Outside of the office, Dr. Patel enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and son. She is fluent in multiple languages, including Gujarati and Hindi.

Dr. Steven Baker

Steven Baker, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist who's been in the Tampa Bay area since 1981. After decades in practice as a podiatric surgeon, he is now focusing on non-surgical therapies while he transitions into the next step in his illustrious career. Dr. Baker's extensive experience in podiatric healthcare includes orthotic management, routine foot care, and sports injuries of the lower extremity. He earned degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, and the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City; he completed his surgical residency at St. Mary's Hospital in Philadelphia. A partner of All Podiatry Group for more than thirty years, Dr. Baker is a well-known figure in the local medical community. He has served as president of the Hillsborough County Podiatric Medical Association and chairman of the Florida Board of Podiatric Medicine. Through Modern Foot & Ankle Dr. Baker is equipped with the latest in medical innovations. He continues to expand his knowledge of conservative therapies, providing high-quality care to his valued patient base. When he's not practicing medicine, Dr. Baker is spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He also enjoys photography, exercise, and golf.

Dr. Tamara Nemeroff

Tamara Nemeroff, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric physician with a focus on sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, and trauma. Dr. Nemeroff earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando before pursuing her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degree at Barry University in Miami. She completed her three-year postdoctoral training at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida. As an avid runner who has competed in multiple half-marathons, Dr. Nemeroff understands the toll an injury can take on a patient's well-being and is devoted to expanding the scope of restorative therapies she offers. Her contributions to the podiatric field can be found in publications of her research and through her participation in local outreach organizations. During her days at UCF, Dr. Nemeroff fell in love with Orlando and is proud to serve the surrounding communities. When not treating patients, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and cat, Teddy.
