Since 2004, I have the great privilege of collaborating with Dr. Jackalyn Rainosek and Liz Cloud of the DTP Leadership Group. Their teaching of authentic leadership and the professional delivery of building expansive leadership and organizational programs, has been significant for application and effectiveness. Our collaboration has been instrumental in helping me to transform multiple organizations, where I have held key leadership roles for building high performance teams in both the public and private sectors. Through the leadership guidance of the DTP Leadership group, we made some historical strides from 2004-2010, while working in a municipal environment.
