FAMILY LAW PARALEGALS OF PENNSYLVANIA - Key Persons
I have been working as a paralegal at Mogel Speidel Bobb & Kershner in Berks County for thirty years and my work is primarily in family law. We handle family law matters in various counties which include Berks, Lancaster, Lebanon and Schuylkill.
I am a founding Board member of the Family Law Paralegals of Pennsylvania. I am also a member of several various paralegal associations across the Commonwealth.
When I am not working, I stay busy as a mother to four lovely children, two of which have bounced into adulthood. My adult daughter is an RN and my adult son is entering Cadet School for the Arizona State Troopers. My youngest two keep me busy with sports, band and school work. We have a hodgepodge of pets which include two leopard geckos, a uromastyx, a cat, a guinea pig and a fish.
I am a senior litigation paralegal at Cognetti Law Group in Camp Hill. I have over 30 years of experience in the management of complex family law litigation matters. Our practice includes work in Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, and Lancaster Counties. I earned both my A.S.B. in paralegal studies and my B.S. in legal studies from Central Penn College. I have been on the Board of Directors of the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association (CPPA) since 2017 and served as CPPA's President from 2018 to 2020. I have also been a delegate to the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations since 2016 and served as Keystone's President from 2020 to 2022. I received my Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal designation from the Keystone Alliance in 2012 and earned my PACE Registered Paralegal certification from the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) in 2019. I serve on various committees for both CPPA and the Keystone Alliance.
When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, football, and spending time with my husband and two fur babies.
