Why A Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)? When I first purchase my home it was during the Mortgage Crash. I was lost in the process and the only thing I Knew was that I wanted to own a home. My journey was long because I didn't have any direction. I first started talking to realtors that referred me to different Banks and they was not able to help me, but I never gave up. A friend of mine referred me to MLO, at the time I didn't know what an MLO was, but I then learned that I wanted to be one. My MLO She explained everything in details of how this process was going to work. She walked me through everything from beginning to end and she found a bank that will finance the loan.
