Pahal is a well-established not-for-profit organization formed in the year 2008, by a group of young professionals who gave up their corporate careers to bring a meaningful difference to the young minds of our society. As we all know, today's youth are the future of our country and empowering them, is a step towards nation building and keeping this in mind we as a team, did a lot of study and research and came up with a well-planned comprehensive model for the youth in the rural areas... Pahal as an organization, is working towards imparting life skills/ employability skills to the youth along with personal counselling and continuous mentoring for a sustainable career and productive life.
