Firstly, I would like to say a huge welcome to all of you that are joining our setting. Wellingtons for Langley Hall is an incredible place and I am honoured to be the Head. The best part of my job is seeing all of the children enjoy their time at nursery and building lasting relationships with the staff here. There is nothing I like more that seeing our nursery children transition into school and become confident, ready to learn pupils. we have had so many comments from our local schools on how 'school ready' our children were in Reception and this fills me with joy. I am so proud of the team that we have developed here and as a manager, knowing that your staff team are just as passionate about providing high quality care as you are, is incredibly reassuring.
