Malcolm Davidson

A key member of Alliance since its inception in 2008, Malcolm has played a significant role in the development and maintenance of significant work streams within the company, to ensure its growing need and reputation across numerous business sectors. He is versatile and has a proven ability to adapt quickly to new environments, being equally comfortable operating at a strategic level, as part of a programme management team or working at a detail level within a project controls team. Experience Malcolm has gained extensive project controls experience across a wide spectrum of industries, both UK and internationally, including Shipbuilding, Construction, Engineering, Nuclear, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Banking, Rail, Oil & Gas and Utilities. He has significant hands-on experience of Project Planning and Controls software including relational reporting database development.

Richard Henry

Like Tom and Malcolm, Richard has been a key member of the Alliance team since 2008. Whether working independently, or as part of a project team, Richard is a focussed and driven individual, who endeavours to successfully and professionally deliver results and meet stakeholder and management expectations and requirements. Experience With a proven track record over 25 years, within the Project Controls environment. Key involvement across a number of industries and sectors, including Shipbuilding, Engineering, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Banking Infrastructure and Water Utilities Sectors.

Tom Elvin - Managing Director

Tom has lead APC since its beginning in 2008. He is a confident highly ambitious leader who places significant importance on customer focus and satisfaction. He is highly motivated and dynamic in his thinking and strives to be at the forefront of introducing innovation to the people, processes and systems that APC look to implement. An excellent communicator who has studied the areas of behavioural and cultural, which he believes gives APC an edge in the market. He is qualified as a Project Management Professional through the APM, with whom he has close ties. Experience Tom has significant experience in all aspects of project controls and business performance management. He has dynamically lead Project Controls teams of up to 10 direct reports and over 100 indirect reports. These teams have been multi-disciplined with project values ranging from £50M - £2BN and cross various industry sectors including utilities, oil & gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, rail, civil and heavy engineering.
