Chantalle joined Reddie & Grose LLP as Recruitment Officer in October 2022. With over four years' experience within the recruitment industry, part of which was spent recruiting Associates and Senior Associates for elite US and magic circle law firms in London.

Felix Hannam is a trainee patent attorney within the Life Sciences team and a fluent German speaker having lived there half his life. He joined Reddie & Grose in September 2022 having completed a MSc in Biomedical Sciences Research and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Bristol.
Jan Vleck has a wide-ranging technical background and advises clients on the creation and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Joseph Duffy is a trainee patent attorney in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Consumer Products team. Joseph joined Reddie & Grose in January 2021 after graduating from the University of Cambridge with an BA, MSci in Natural Sciences, specialising in Materials Science.During his undergraduate degree he undertook modules in metallurgy, semiconductors, nuclear materials, and materials chemistry, as well as a literature review on "the applications of auxetic materials". Additionally, he completed a research project into the thermal shock resistance of a novel candidate material for diesel particulate filters. In his final year he carried out research as part of the Department of Materials Science & Metallurgy Rolls Royce UTC group. This project focussed on "the effect of surface modifications on the fatigue behaviour of nickel-based superalloys".
Nick Reeve is a fluent Japanese speaker specialising in patents in the electronics sector.
Nick Reeve is a fluent Japanese speaker and gives lectures on Japanese Patent Law at Queen Mary University.
Olivia joined Reddie & Grose in January 2021 after graduating from the University of Nottingham with a master's degree in physics. In her final year, Olivia specialised in the study of ultracold atoms and completed a research project focused on developing experimental and computational methods for the creation and analysis of Bose-Einstein condensates.
Robin's experience brings a commercial perspective to the assessment of global IP strategies in the pharmaceutical; medical device and chemical sectors.
Dr Alexander Frank joined Reddie & Grose in 2016. He handles patents in the life sciences sector.
Dr Dustin Bauer handles patent work in the engineering, materials and consumer products fields.
Ethan Hutchings is a trainee patent attorney in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Consumer Products team.
Ethan joined Reddie & Grose in September 2022 after graduating from Swansea University with an MEng in Aerospace Engineering, specialising in Metallurgy. He undertook a wide range of modules in aerodynamics, design, metallurgy, and computational methods. Additionally, he completed a research project analysing the efficacy of the MacCormack method; using it to solve 1D Euler equations in a shock tube. During his studies, he was an active participant in Formula Student where he was the lead in simulations for the Chassis sub-team in his final year.
After completing his degree, Ethan began his career as a graduate technical engineer for an aircraft engine manufacturer that works with multiple global OEMs. He was directly involved in creating methods of manufacture, along with developing the process for new product development and introduction.
His interests include, football, rugby, golf, squash, and investing.
Isabel Valdes is a trainee patent attorney working within the EES group. Isabel joined Reddie & Grose in September 2022 after working in private equity research.
Maggie is responsible for working across all areas of the business, contributing to the efficient operation of the HR Department focussing on the firm's aim to be an employer of choice and retain the best people. She also has primary responsibility for HR administration, professional development, training, and recruitment.
Sophie joined Reddie & Grose in September 2022 after graduating with an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London with an exchange year at ETH Zürich. She handles work in the engineering, materials and consumer products field.
Toby McManus joined Reddie & Grose in September 2022 and handles patents in the fields of engineering, materials and consumer products. Toby holds a MEng degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manchester. His undergraduate project was the conceptual design of an inter-planetary nano satellite deployer which he tailored for use in future missions to Mars.
Tom is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with experience in trade mark protection, prosecution and enforcement.
He advises clients from a wide range of industry sectors on how to build, manage and maintain their trade mark portfolios.
Tom joined Reddie & Grose in 2022, having previously worked in a patent and trade mark law firm in Japan, before returning home to train and qualify at another UK trade mark firm.
Away from the office, Tom enjoys indulging his love of cricket, rugby and travel, allowing these to overlap as much as possible.
