Amir Farooqui is a qualified Solicitor since 2013. He did his LLM at The University of Aberdeen with distinction. Prior to that he did his law degree at The University of Bhopal, India.
Amir is a driven individual with significant experience in Immigration law and his passion for law always pays off in the form of success for his clients.
He has volunteered for many organisations including Citizen Advice Bureau.
He is also Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society's Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) since 2014. Previously Amir has ran his own OISC legal practice for four years in Scotland.

Carl Davies is a Senior Solicitor, and has over 25 years of valuable experience of dealing with various areas of Law. Carl completed his Training Contract from a highly reputable high street firm and, qualified as a Solicitor in 1993.
Carl has joined SABZ Solicitors in 2014. Carl progressed his way and became a Partner at SABZ Solicitors in 2020. Carl is the head of the family department which specialises in care proceedings, adoption, child contact proceedings and in addition to all areas of relationship breakdown, including divorce, separation, domestic violence, residence and contact and international abduction.
Carl has extensive experience of acting for parents and children in complex cases. He has experience in dealing with victims of domestic abuse.

Lakhbir Sohal is a qualified solicitor and a member of the Immigration Accredited Scheme (Level 2 Senior Caseworker). He has over 14 years practical experience in dealing exclusively with Immigration, asylum and human rights cases. He has a substantial private client caseload but continued to undertake legal aid work.
Since qualification he has practised solely in immigration and asylum law. He has experience of a wide range of cases at all levels. Shabnam completed her law degree (LLB) at Manchester Metropolitan University and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Demounford University in Leicester.
