Hilary worked for North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service for over 11 years as a Fire Safety Inspector, and was responsible for carrying out licensing and fire safety audits of all commercial businesses. During her service she received a Commendation from the Chief Fire Officer for her work in fire safety. Hilary specialises in Fire Risk Assessments and Licensing, and advises on fire safety in houses in multiple occupation (HMO) to ensure that businesses comply with the relevant legislation.
Roz is a registered Fire Risk Assessor with the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE). Roz worked for North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service for 30 years. During that time he spent 20 years as a Senior Fire Safety Officer, the last five years of which as Lead Fire Safety Trainer for the service. Roz specialises in Fire Risk Assessments including all high risk premises, houses in multiple occupation (HMO's), and Building Consultations.
