Andrew Widdup

Specialising in landlord and tenant related matters including Arbitrations and Expert Witness Reports. Andrew joined Mellersh & Harding LLP in April 2000, and was invited into the Partnership in March 2005. Prior to this, Andrew had worked for blue chip corporations including Shell UK and Royal and SunAlliance Plc. Andrew's valuation experience includes company portfolios for financial statements and corporate acquisitions and mergers. His retained clients include McKay Securities Plc, National Deposit Friendly Society Plc and Windsor Life Assurance Company Ltd, for all of whom he acts on instructions throughout the UK.

David Dundas

Job Titles:

David joined Mellersh & Harding in February 2017 to assist Phil Thomas in the management department. He graduated in 2012 from London South Bank University with a postgraduate diploma in Real Estate having previously completed a BA (Hons) degree in Classical Studies at the University of Exeter. David has four years' experience in property management surveying, he assists with the running of the management portfolio, liaising with tenants and contractors to co-ordinate works.

Henry Frisby

Henry joined Mellersh and Harding in 2022 as a Graduate Surveyor following the completion of his Honours degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University. Henry is a valued member of the Office Agency department and will be working on the acquisitions and disposals of Offices in Central London.

Jeremy Waterworth

Jeremy joined Mellersh and Harding in the summer of 2015 as a Graduate Surveyor following the completion of his Honours degree in Real Estate Management from Northumbria University. Jeremy is a qualified chartered surveyor and works on the acquisition and disposal investment properties for institutional investors, property companies and private investors.

Jonathan Stern

With over 25 years of experience in the acquisition and disposal of offices in Central London. Jonathan started at Mellersh and Harding in 1980 and joined the Equity Partnership in 1998. He jointly heads up the Office Agency teams and provides Strategic Development and Leasing advice to Landlord and Tenant. He is particularly active on the Tenant Rep side of the business having an in-depth knowledge of the Central London Office Market. He has provided strategic relocation advice to a wide sector of industries such as Emirates, FeverTree, Burgess Yachts, Sutton Place, Society of Chemical Industry, Cryogenic, amongst others.

Julian Leech
