Adam joined Jamieson in 2022, and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Adam worked as a Private Equity Intern at Sullivan Street Partners, where he conducted investment due diligence and assisted with delivering operational changes to portfolio companies.
Adam graduated with a BSc in Physics from the University of Bath.
Alexander joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Recent projects include Anthesis Group, Nurture Landscapes, United Living and Cyclomedia.
Prior to joining Jamieson, Alexander spent two years at Goodbody Stockbrokers as an economist in the investment banking division before joining a start-up, CleanCo, focusing on international strategy and fundraising.
Alexander has passed all levels of the CFA and graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MSc in Finance & Economics from the University of St Andrews.
Alison joined Jamieson in 2021, and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Alison worked at First Trust Global Portfolios, providing research and analysis to the company's client base.
Alison graduated with a BA in Economics from Brown University in 2020.
Andrew has over 15 years' corporate finance experience and has completed in excess of 100 transactions. Prior to joining Jamieson in January 2013, Andrew was in the M&A lead advisory team at Deloitte where he focused on the business services sector advising management teams, private equity houses and corporates on a range of transactions including disposals, acquisitions and refinancing.
Over the last 7 years Andrew has specialised in advising management teams on their incentive arrangements, often in conjunction with sale processes, P2Ps, IPOs and restructurings. Andrew has advised management teams on transactions with private equity, infrastructure, sovereign wealth and real estate funds across Europe and the North America.
Andrew trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and is a graduate with a bachelor's in Economics from The University of Manchester.
Barath joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, valuation, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Barath worked at Commvault, on the company's corporate development / strategy team.
Barath graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business in 2021.
Billy joined the firm in 2021 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to joining Jamieson, he worked at Deloitte in their Advisory Corporate Finance team, specialising in financial modelling. He also has previous experience working as an auditor.
Billy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated with a BA in Modern Languages and Linguistics from the University of Oxford.
Bryan joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Bryan worked as an analyst at Siguler Guff & Company as a member of the Credit & Special Situations team.
Bryan holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors of Science in Finance from the Providence College School of Business.
Christian joined Jamieson in 2021 and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Christian gained industry experience in the fields of Corporate Finance, M&A and Private Equity.
Christian graduated with a MSc in Finance and Management from the University of St Andrews and holds a BA in Sociology, Politics and Economics from the Zeppelin University in Germany.
Daniel joined Jamieson in 2018 and works out of our Frankfurt and London offices where he is responsible for running and executing transactions and providing research, analysis and modelling work to support our German and English speaking clients.

David has over 15 years corporate finance experience and has completed over 100 management advisory projects since joining the firm in 2013.
David is currently head of our UK mid-market practice. Recently he has advised management teams on transactions including Anthesis (buyout backed by The Carlyle Group), Acuity Knowledge Partners (Permira), CFC Underwriting (Vitruvian Partners & EQT Partners), Optegra (Mid-Europa) and Vixio (Perwyn).
He is also experienced in M&A lead advisory and has acted for founder shareholders on the sale of several mid-market UK businesses to private equity including Anthesis (Palatine minority investment in 2021) and Endeavour Insurance Services (JC Flowers buyout in 2019).
He is a qualified chartered accountant and previously worked at Barclays Capital and Cavendish Corporate Finance.
Dee has over 20 years' experience in professional services marketing and business development leadership roles. She was the partner responsible for marketing and business development at Deloitte and served on the firm's management committee. Dee has worked on numerous client assignments across all sectors, with law firms and the public sector.
Dee has an MBA from Henley Business School.

Eileen's contribution to the team is based on many years of practical corporate finance experience. She has completed numerous acquisitions and disposals and worked extensively with private equity funds, with a specialism in healthcare.
She has a degree in Biological Sciences and worked for seven years in the pharmaceutical industry. She then completed an MBA at London Business School, prior to moving into Deloitte Corporate Finance, where she became a Partner.
Eileen worked in an executive capacity in the early stages of Jamieson before taking on the role of non-executive Chairman.
Evan joined the firm's US office in 2014 from KLR Group, where he provided strategic advisory and capital raising services. He has over ten years of experience working with management teams.
Evan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He holds Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

Felix is Managing Director of Jamieson GMBH and is responsible for transaction across the DACH region out of the Frankfurt office.
Prior to Jamieson, Felix was Managing Partner of MPTransaction GmbH from 2008. Between 2001 until 2007 at Cinven, latterly Managing Director of Cinven GmbH. Prior to that, he was at Morgan Stanley Investment Banking (Mergers & Acquisitions) and has a degree in Business Administration from Universität Passau (Dipl. Kaufmann). Furthermore, he is a qualified business mediator. Some of his recent transactions include All4Labels (Sale to Triton) and Opseo (Sale to Ergon Capital Partners).
Fionn joined Jamieson in 2020, and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Fionn worked at Goldsmith & Co in New York, providing research support to the company's client base.
Fionn graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge in 2019.
Giovanni has joined Jamieson as part of our partnership with Milan, Italy.
Giovanni has over 25 years' experience in M&A as a partner at PwC, specialising in investigation and transaction services. Since leaving PwC, Giovanni has been a Senior Partner at Athena Associati.
Giovanni graduated with a degree in Economics from Parma University and is qualified as a chartered accountant and tax advisor and a chartered auditor.
Gus joined Jamieson in 2016 and has been involved in advising over 50 management teams and owner manager transactions. Recent projects include Froneri, Team.blue, CRH Distribution and Galderma.
Prior to Jamieson Gus worked at Beauhurst, a research company that specialises in tracking high growth businesses, their shareholders, investors and management teams.
Gus is a CFA® charterholder and graduated with a BA in History from the University of Oxford in 2015.
Hannah joined Jamieson in 2021 as our CRM & Business Development Executive. With the continued growth of Jamieson internationally she will assist in sourcing new opportunities alongside building and maintaining strong business relationships, through reporting and follow-up with our network of clients, Private Equity houses and Management Lawyers.
Hannah graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a BA in International Relations & American Studies and prior to Jamieson worked as an Office Manager at Resonics Ltd.
Helen joined Jamieson in 2022, and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Helen worked for Kubrick Group, where she worked as a data analyst consultant at Lloyd's Banking Group.
Helen graduated with a BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin in 2019.
Henry joined the firm in 2021 and provides research, analysis and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to joining Jamieson, he held various roles at NatWest; most recently in their restructuring team providing restructuring support to distressed institutional and mid-market clients. In addition to this, he gained experience working as an equity analyst in various organisations across the UK and China.
Henry is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Economics from Newcastle University.

Ian has over thirty years of corporate finance experience and has completed over 250 transactions. He is well known to both the corporate and private equity communities and has a wealth of transaction experience ranging from multi-billion pound cross border buyouts, to deals at the smaller end of the spectrum. Transactions include household names such as Vue Cinemas, Akzo Nobel, Miller Homes, Cognita, Neptune Oil & Gas, Intertrust and Phadia.
Prior to founding the firm in 2005, he was Chief Executive of Deloitte Corporate Finance and is a Chartered Accountant.
Ian joined the US office in 2018 and has advised on numerous US and cross border transactions involving private equity sales & acquisitions, take privates, IPOs, minority sales, carve outs, continuation funds, and operating businesses of family offices.
Prior to Jamieson, Ian had several roles at Credit Suisse with the capital stress testing team and the asset management group.
He graduated from Wake Forest with a degree in Mathematical Economics, holds the Series 63 and 79 licenses and is a CFA® Charterholder.
With over 20 years' experience in financial services John has worked on a broad range of transactions across multiple jurisdictions. He was based in New York for 3 years while he established the firm's US business, which he continues to oversee as US CEO.
He has worked closely with management teams of mid-cap and large-cap sponsor to sponsor deals, public-to-private, infrastructure and carve-out transactions. Recent experience includes Mercer Advisors (US), Theramex (UK), AFH Plc (UK), Hunkemoller (Netherlands), Foundation Risk Partners (US), Kantar Public (UK), Adamo (Spain). He has also acted as lead adviser on the sale of a number of insurance distribution businesses in the UK and US, including Endeavour Insurance Services Ltd.
John qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) while working with EY. He holds the Series 7, 24, and 79 licenses. And he graduated from the University of Southampton with a 1 st in Computer Science (BSc) and a Masters in Accounting & Finance (MSc).

Jonny is a qualified Chartered Accountant and joined the firm from Grant Thornton's M&A team. He has worked with numerous Boards and Management teams advising in a buy-side, sell-side and restructuring capacity before specialising in advising on management incentive plan arrangements in the US and UK. He currently leads our US office.
Jonny has also carried out a secondment to the business support unit investment team in Lloyds Bank helping to structure capital reorganisations.
He obtained a BA in Philosophy from the University of Durham and also holds the US FINRA Investment Banking Series 79 and 63 licenses.
José is our JV Partner in Spain, and is a seasoned financier with more than twenty years experience in Private Equity and Investment Banking.
Kenny joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to joining Jamieson, Kenny spent five years at EY in the M&A tax team, where he specialised in providing structuring and due diligence advice on a variety of buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and infrastructure clients.
Kenny is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated with a BA in Geography from the University of Durham.
Mark joined the firm from EY where he oversaw the US private equity origination practice.
Prior to EY, he had spent over 20 years as an investment banker and executed a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, sales, divestitures, restructurings, and public and private financings.
He received a B.S. degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and a joint M.B.A./M.I.A. from Columbia University.
Mark holds Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
Matt joined the firm in 2021 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to joining Jamieson, he spent five years at Goldman Sachs working on a variety of structured derivative and capital market transactions.
Matt is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds the CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance. He graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Durham.

Mike joined Jamieson at the start of 2019, undertaking the role of US Chairman and Managing Director.
Prior to joining Jamieson, Michael was a senior partner at the international law firm of Proskauer Rose, where at various times he co-chaired the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice and chaired the Tax Department.
Mike has over 40 years of experience and knowledge in the executive compensation and employee benefits areas, where he frequently represented companies, boards and senior executives in all types of matters, including executives and management teams in private equity deals and other merger and acquisition transactions.
Mike is the co-editor/co-author of the treatise "Executive Compensation". Mike also holds the Series 63 and 79 licenses.
Philip joined Jamieson in 2021 and provides research, analysis, valuation, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution.
Prior to Jamieson, he gained industry experience in investment banking and management consulting.
Philip holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Muenster and spent time at Université Paris-Dauphine and York University, Toronto.
Pieter joined the firm in 2020 and is representing Jamieson in the Benelux market. He is experienced in Executive Compensation, where he advised Management and Supervisory Boards on incentive design in various industries.
Prior to Jamieson he worked in the field of Compensation & Benefits (both as a consultant and an inhouse specialist) and Banking (at ABN AMRO, servicing small/medium sized enterprises). In his last role, as Compensation & Benefits Director at Nouryon, he was involved (as a client) in the transaction where Jamieson supported AkzoNobel with the sale of its Specialty Chemicals business (Nouryon) to Carlyle and GIC.
Pieter graduated with an MSc in Financial Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Richard joined Jamieson in 2021 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Richard spent 4 years at corporate finance boutique Corbett Keeling, principally supporting privately owned businesses in the lower mid-market through M&A processes.
Richard graduated with a BSc in Economics from University College London.
Sabrina joined Jamieson in 2019 and works out of our Frankfurt office where she is responsible for running transactions and providing research, analysis, and modelling work to support clients in transaction execution. Some of her recent transactions include All4Labels (Sale to Triton) and Opseo (Sale to Ergon Capital Partners).
Prior to Jamieson, Sabrina worked at SFA, a Boston-based buyout fund, where she assisted the team in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligences and executing transactions.
Sabrina graduated with an MSc in Economics and Finance from The University of Hohenheim and an MSc in International Business from HBS in Boston.
Sarah joined the firm in 2014 as Operations Manager, responsible for the compliance, IT, accounts, and administrative functions of the business.
Sarah has over fifteen years of experience in operations, having previously worked in the pharmaceuticals, media and financial services industries in the US, UK and Middle East.
Sarah graduated with a BSc hons degree in Biological Sciences from Manchester University.

Stephen has over 10 years' experience of advising on mergers and acquisitions and private equity backed transactions and has completed over 80 management advisory projects. He has particular experience in advising management teams on public-to-private transactions as well as infrastructure and long-term asset deals.
Stephen is a qualified solicitor and previously worked in the private equity teams at Latham & Watkins and Dickson Minto where he acted for both leading private equity houses and management teams.
Stuart is CEO and is a founding partner of the firm. Stuart has over 20 years' experience in private equity advisory and has completed over 200 transactions across the UK, US and Continental Europe. He leads advisory mandates spanning traditional private equity and alternative asset funds.
As well as supporting management teams on all aspects of capital structuring and deal terms, Stuart's passion is to develop the firm's global management advisory practice for combining local market knowledge with a global perspective.
Prior to Jamieson, Stuart was in the private equity advisory team at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.
Stuart qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and is a graduate with a BSc and Masters in Business Studies at Southampton University.
Tom joined the business in 2006 at the end of our first trading year and has since played a key role in developing the way we advise our clients. He has over 25 years M&A experience and has been leading advisory mandates for management teams and owner-managers for the past decade.
Acting across all sectors and European markets, Tom has completed over 100 transactions, with some of his best known deals including, WM Morrison, The NEC Group, PureGym, Envirotainer, Farrow & Ball and Pepe Jeans Group.
Prior to Jamieson Tom has worked as Finance Director of a group of travel technology businesses, before which he trained in the private equity lead advisory team at KPMG. He has a BA in Business Studies and Information Systems from the University of Sheffield. Tom has been a Partner at Jamieson for the past 10 years.
With over twenty five years' experience in remuneration advisory work including senior roles at EY, KPMG, and Watson Wyatt LLP, Tony has worked on a broad range of projects across multiple jurisdictions and sectors, with PLCs and with privately held companies advising both senior management and remuneration committees.
Whitney joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Whitney worked as a consultant at CAP, advising Boards of Directors and management teams on executive and director compensation matters.
Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
