Kate, Redworth's Senior Consultant, has experienced great success in HR for the last 20 years where she led the HR function at Board level for numerous Scottish based businesses. In addition, she has worked on a consultancy and advisory basis for more than 70 SMEs as well as national organisations. She has a wealth of experience working with growing businesses and strongly believes that the main ingredient in business growth can only be achieved by putting in place the right structures, processes and skills in order to allow people in the business to contribute effectively towards success. Kate believes no matter how small or big a project is, the transfer of understanding and knowledge is critical. Her years in facilitating many large and complex HR and Training interventions should assure you of her skills in coaching and mentoring you and your staff. Having over 20 years experience not only running her own businesses but also working for a Blue Chip company in a variety of management roles that included manufacturing, sales, marketing, customer service, finance and team management, Lyndsey is an enthusiastic advocate for the power of belief and for people working well together in a positive team environment. This not only brings out the best in people but delivers quality results for the company. Her strengths lie in her ability to listen, empathise and understand your business in order for you to work together to build short and long term goals and Business Strategies. She is a Director on the board of the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Lyndsey follows the belief, "You and only you have the power to change your life and your behaviour."

Neale has built Redworth in to one of Scotland's leading Business Coaching, HR and Sales Consultancies.
