The Schools HR Co-operative is an independent school-specific HR service based in the London Borough of Hillingdon. In 2011 we transferred out of the local authority and now support over 120 schools and academies within Hillingdon, our neighbouring West London boroughs, and Thames Valley counties... We provide a unique interface between the schools we support and our payroll partner, Dataplan. We advise on both teaching and support staff pay and conditions and on the Local Government Pension Scheme and the Teachers' Pension Scheme. We can produce your employment contracts for you ensuring they comply with the relevant legislation or can provide you with up-to-date templates to cover all aspects of the employment contract and associated documentation.
