Charlie is a professionally qualified Chartered Builder and Quantity Surveyor with over 40 years' experience in Building Construction and Quantity Surveying, along with extensive experience in estimating, tendering, procurement and contract administration. Charlie is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) & has a Higher National Certificate in Quantity Surveying. Charlie is also fully experienced across all trades and disciplines within the Construction Industry. With 40 years of front end experience and knowledge of the whole Construction process, Charlie has all the skills & experience to deliver large projects from inception to completion having worked on projects with a value range up to £55M.

Daniel joined Chartered Contracting Services Ltd in 2017 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. Daniel has since graduated with BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and has developed into a fine surveyor with a real eye for detail. Daniel since joining has gained valuable skills and knowledge and as such has used these skills to successfully oversee the delivery of the refurbishment of Western Baths in Glasgow and 8 Affordable Housing Flats in Carluke for Clyde Valley Housing Association on behalf of Rosewood Homes & Properties Ltd. Daniel has also been instrumental in the day to day commercial activities for specialist subcontractors such as E&P Bricklaying Ltd and JBS Joiners Ltd.
Ewan joined the team in 2018 on work placement in his 3rd year at University undertaking a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and continued to work on a part time basis until his graduation. Ewan is now an integral full time member of team since graduating in 2020 and has developed into a valuable member of Chartered Contracting Services Ltd. Ewan continues to develop his knowledge and skills on a day to day basis and has been responsible for the week-to-week commercial activities for clients such as specialist trade contractors, C.Burns Joinery Ltd, McBride Builders Ltd, Duggan Construction Ltd and Chartered Contracting Services Ltd sister company K.C Developments (Scotland) Ltd on a range of projects such as Home Extensions, Refurbishments, New Build Houses & Luxury Flats.
Ryan joined Chartered Contracting Services Ltd in 2015 initially on work placement in his 3rd year of university undertaking a BSc( Hons) in Quantity Surveying. Since then Ryan has graduated and has had first-hand experience on a range of different projects in value and style. Through this Ryan has gained a vast amount of skills and knowledge from projects in both the Affordable Housing Sector & Luxury Homes Sector. Ryan has been directly involved in the construction, providing Quantity Surveying services, for over 124 homes over 6 sites so far in his time at Chartered Contracting Services Ltd with an estimated total GDV of £25.4 Million.
