Couper Seafoods is a family run fish processing business based in Aberdeen, in the North East of Scotland originally set up in 1987 by father and son team Daniel Couper JR and Daniel Couper SR, now also run by third generation, Jamie Couper... Depending on the size and species of fish we currently produce around 4500kg of fillets per day, these are sold frozen, fresh, portioned or smoked depending on our customers requirements. Our main customers in the UK and Ireland include fish and chip shops, distributors and onwards processors... In recent years we have reshaped the business towards fresh production of different species and now we want to develop opportunities in the UK and Ireland for fresh and frozen products
