Lee worked with Martin on Jet Force Gemini and went on to become Head of Art at Rare, responsible for (amongst other things) the visual design of the Microsoft Avatars. Lee shares a love of retro games with Steve and was the driving force behind many of the classic game references in Jet Force Gemini. Lee never lets his love of Absinthe and Gin get in the way of creating great games.

Martin was a Designer and Producer at Rare, creating critically acclaimed titles such as Blast Corps and Jet Force Gemini. Following the purchase of Rare by Microsoft, Martin joined Steve at FRD. Martin started making games back in the late 1980's with some friends from school, and apart from brief spells in various unsuccessful Punk bands, he's been doing it ever since.

Steve was a founder of Free Radical Design, creators of the iconic TimeSplitters series of games and was Managing Director until its acquisition by Crytek in 2009. Prior to that Steve worked at Rare and most notably wrote the multiplayer aspect of Goldeneye 007. Steve's hobbies are retro gaming, low-level programming and optimisation. He once wrote a ZX Spectrum emulator in 1,000 lines of code for "something to do at the weekend".
