I am a Barrister in Lodders' Private Client department. I advise on wills, trusts, tax planning, and tax issues and because I have higher rights of audience, I can then represent clients in any contentious matters. I specialise in Inheritance tax, Capital Gains Tax, VAT, Stamp Duty Land Tax, and estate planning.

I am a partner in Lodders' Real Estate team having been with the firm since 2002. I previously worked at both Pinsent Masons and Wragge & Co in Birmingham. I also spent a couple of years working in-house for a technology company in Warwick.
I specialise in commercial property and advise commercial developers, house builders and private investors together with the banks and institutions that fund them. I am also the firm's training principal.

I joined Lodders in March 2019 as a Solicitor in the Private Client team. I specialise predominantly in the preparation of wills and the administration of estates, working with a wide range of clients of all ages and from all walks of life.
I have been with Lodders since April 2001, having joined as a teenager - it was my first "proper job". I am now the Operations Director and responsible for all of the premises across the Lodders estate, their operation, and the wellbeing of the staff who work in them.
More recently, I have implemented Covid-19 related security measures and introduced associated safety precautions. I head up the business support teams, oversee the day-to-day running of our five offices, and I am the firm's Health & Safety Officer.

I joined Lodders in July 2013 as an Office Junior, supporting the Private Client team. I am now a Paralegal in Lodders' Private Client team, and I assist clients with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (‘LPAs'), and the administration of estates. I also assist other members of the team with their caseload.
Amy joined Lodders in July 2017 when her previous firm, DFLP, merged with Lodders. Amy began her career at DFLP in 2012 as a Paralegal. She went on to train with the firm enjoying a 3 month secondment to Lodders as part of her training contract. Amy qualified as a solicitor in October 2014.
Amy was trained by and has worked with Beverley Morris on a variety of family law disputes including complex mid to high net worth cases involving companies, trusts, off-shore assets and insolvency, Schedule 1 and TOLATA cases.

I am Lodders' learning and development manager, responsible for co-ordinating the full cycle of training and further development activities from identification of requirements to completion for all employees. I also support our new starters through their onboarding and induction process, along with overseeing our trainees.
