Graham Bailey worked at Elborne Mitchell from 1995 to 2006, qualifying as a solicitor in 1997. During this time he worked in the Litigation Department, and specialised in insurance and re-insurance claims. Since 2013, Graham has been heavily engaged in providing general support and guidance to a party embroiled in a large scale and intensive international dispute in the energy sector.

Julia Salt has operated in the field of finance for 3 decades since qualifying with Allen & Overy in 1980. She has a particular specialism in aviation related transactions, working at the cutting edge of shaping major developments in market structures and documents. She read French and German at St. Hilda's College, Oxford. Since founding Plane Legal LLP in 2009 with Graham, Julia has acted for major lessors and banks on numerous aircraft transactions (large and small) in several continents, including portfolio sales, leases of aircraft and engines and restructurings. She has been described by Chambers Global as "Top class . . . a huge name in the aviation financing market".
