I launched Neilson Recruitment in 2007 with a view to bridging the gap between driven, talented people and exceptional job roles in a relaxed, fun, yet strategic way. Having worked in sales myself, I fully understand what, and more importantly who, works well in the industry. Now over 15 years on, I have a proven track record in placing successful candidates, I have an extensive database of professionals on the books and I have long-standing relationships with some of the UK's key players in the Construction, Engineering, Electrical and HVAC industries.
